I've never taken them but know all about them, i recently found a shop in my town who says the police were in to see him and warned it could be an offence to supply poppers, even if advertised as as solvent for cleaning. He's getting his last batch in tomorrow.. think i might try them. The ones hes selling are liquid gold witch i believe is isopropyl nitrite. Lucky i didn't get them when i first found he soldm them, I was on antabuse and i don't know if any interaction would have happened.
 
wtf is a popper? 'round here a popper's when you stuff a metal bong stem full of tobacco and pack a bit of weed on top. they fuck you right up.
 
To be honest, I don't really recommend poppers. They leave me with a terrible solvent high of feeling like I'm in 3rd person for about 2-3 minutes then a headache.
 
Yeah specialk don't like the headache part for a 2 minute rush. Apparently they could be getting banned because someone died taking them, but i don't think it would do as much damage as paint sniffing or butane
 
Yeah... those things are actually pretty damn amazing when you are having sex. Take a hit and hold it in and the effect is so intense it actually reminds me a hitting a 20-rock in a crack pipe (maybe minus the euphoria). You get a bell-ringer out of a good hit but it is true that for some reason, it just feels wrong and highly synthetic. Like, after a few hits you feel like some retarded freaked out crackhead, which I've been before and don't want to go back to.

I could definitely see how somebody could die from too strong a hit or too many successive hits, when i take a hit and hold it in my heart basically explodes up to double it's normal BPM and my adrenaline spikes hard.

I've heard that people in the gay community use these for rape. They just hold it up to the nose of the victim so he's incapacitated and his asshole loosens up and then they dagger him like he's Julius Caesar.
 
^^wow. Never heard of the whole Julias Cesar thing, but I know poppers are indeed big in the gay community. In my experience it sure works great for straight sex or a frenzied masturbation session, it makes everything sexual look 10 times as sexy.

It is true that poppers temporarily loosen the a-hole and other smooth muscles. You can find em at sex shops behind the counter. You just open the top and take a deep wiff and hold. Very intense.
 
Yeah they make smooth muscles relaxed because amyl nitrate is for agina pectoris,which is spasms i think of the heart ,which is why they make your smooth muscles relax,but they do give quite a good head rush for a short time,followed by a headache usually...only tried amy nitrate myself , these other "poppers" may be shitty compared to amyl nitrate,i dunno,they ones I did were prescription amy nitrates from a pharmacy we got off this old dude ,traded him some pain meds for them ,they were fun ,but they give you a headache in my experience..never had sex on them but have heard stories...
 
I really doubt you could use them for actual rape, you dont get "incapacitated" like it was ether or something, you just get fuzzy and soft. but if you were really getting raped, it wouldnt prevent you from fighting. that sounds like one huge homophobic myth "oh, the only way these guys can have sex with each other is if they drug each other and then rape away!"

I don't think there is anything special about poppers. I bought them once just to try it. It didn't give me much of a high, just a headache. There's not really a reason to not try them but if you don't get to then you're not missing out on anything.
 
^^there are several different varieties, you have to get the right ones. I don't really know which ones are the right ones, but my buddy who buys em told me some give you a headache and some dont. he must be buying the right ones, cause ive never gotten a headache from them, only a high.
 
Yeah the good ones are the most expensive, and there is a big difference, like the shitty ones you have to huff and huff but the good ones you just take a tiny wiff and you're smashed. The one I did was called Rush. The good ones like $15 a bottle, and these are tiny little bottles, smaller then one of those 5-hour-power drinks. The ones for sale on the net are not the true amyl nitrate, they had to change the formula a long time ago to isobutyl nitrite or butyl nitrite to make them legal. Still this did the trick for me.

You're right as far as a high it's nothing to write home about unless your fucking on it, that's what they're made for, fucking, not anything you sit back and chill on IMO. Kinda like whipits with a bigger kick and your body does not go numb like with whipits and other shitty inhalents like butane.
 
Lol thats what i was told by this gay tweeker kid i know, perhaps i was a bit out of line though with my last post. If your tied down it could facilitate rape due to the muscle relaxing effects mentioned above.. or just regular sex.
