im 18 and a senior in highschool, when i start college in 2011 at this time of the year, will mdai still be available to me? will it be banned in the US by then?

no way of telling...its underground enough that the DEA probably wont bother scheduling it, but i believe it would fall under the Federal Analog Act

thats good news,
i dont think any knoweledgeable person would put it under the federal analog act since it is very chemically distinct than mdma since it has that indane structure .

but then again : the dea is retarded, and i wouldnt be surprised if they put it under the fed analog act
