Opioids Dilaudid Pills

Off the top of my head I believe they only come in 2mg, 4mg, and 8mg. It would have been a lot easier to just search for that yourself on Google rather than post a whole thread though.
 
Actually, I did google for that. I received conflicting reports. Some said they existed, some said otherwise.
 
After searching myself on Google, it seems they only make 6mg tablets in Hydromorph-Contin, which is basically Dilaudid ER. I could be wrong though.
 
Alcohol, you're exactly right. I am prescribed Hydromorph Contin and it's just slow release Dilaudid, they usually give the 2's, 4's, and 8's for breakthrough pain. But yeah, I got moved from 6's to 9 (6+3) then to 12. It's all the same drug! Good information! Unfortunately the Hydromorph Contin is only in Canada at the moment and it is basically the same as your older Palladone, only with different dosage forms.
 
Ah, good. I'd pay twemty for them, as I know how to process them for IVing.

No. There's extended-release dilaudid in the US now too. I'm too lazy to look up the link, but search through the pain management mega-thread.

But yes, the answer has been spoken. 2,4,8 in IR. ER's are elsewhere (not in U.S. -hopefully 'not yet', as in 'they will be here soon'.
 
Exalgo & Ketamine

Right now I'm taking 4 8mg dills every 4 hours or 32mg. My doc mentioned putting me over to the Exalgo. How did it work for anyone. Any other route then oral work out for it?
If ya got some serious pain issues you should see about getting nasal ketamine. It works great and is a bit fun. :\
You pain doc would send you to a compound pharmacist for it, though.

well it really depends on if you want to abuse your hydromorphone......exalgo is pretty damn hard to abuse, since it uses the same release system as concerta (L-OROS).

But even if not, I would stick with 8mg dilaudids, I don't really think that many extended release medications work as well as their breakthrough counterpart.....
