Plugging Fent

About an hour ago, I plugged ~150mcg of fentanyl. I'm thinking I didn't do enough, as I have a pretty reasonable tolerance to other opiates.

I'm wondering when it's safe to do more - How long does fentanyl stay active in your system for, through rectal administration? I've heard that fentanyl is extremely short-lived, and plugged drugs usually come and go pretty quickly, right?

I'm hoping someone that's plugged fent can chime in and let me know how often they redosed.
 
I appreciate your concern, but I'm fine. I have a pretty monster tolerance to oxycodone (takes me about 160mg at once to feel great), and so my initial dose of 150mcg was a conservative start (narcotic converters suggest that I take around 600mcg).

After waiting 2.5 hours and feeling little other than a very mild rush at the start, I've done another 150mcg.

I'm always very cautious, you need not worry :)

well shit, let us keep him in our hearts and minds; as it has been nearly 3 days since weve heard from him. I'm intrigued though, seems like plugging's the next logical step after trandermal/buccal.
 
Please tell me more about your process, I have come across a 75mcg patch that I think id prefer to plug to get the most out of.. I mean you can't inject them and while I've heard stories of people just sucking on the gel, it seems that rectal admin will always be preferable. I just don't know, I'm new to patches.

I've been plugging and injecting dilaudid for 18 months now and have quite a tolerance, so I not worried about gong too far.... Just getting the nice high I haven't experienced in close to 6 months.
 
OMG Bro you have a monster tolerance!! Shit and I thought I had an addiction but wow. How much do you weigh?? Seriously I could snort( or plug I never shot I like my viens) a good 250-300mg of OC or a few baggies of some descent junk but an entire 150mcg of fent at once would drop me to my knees!! That is an absolute crushing dose I would definatly need a shot of naloxone so not pass go do not collect$200. Fent is far more powerful than some of the best dope you could get and really is not that good of a buzz. Well, at least for me. I hope someone collected this guy from the bathroom floor b4 it was 2 late. honestly though I really hope this dude is ok 300mcg shit!!
 
Can someone tell me how you plug fent? I have a 75mcg patch and i have no idea what to do with it...

Ive never plugged but.... i imagine you put how much u want on ur finger and stick it way up untill it gets sucked up..... HAVE FUN... Violenza666 def knows so maybe shell post something.

I have never plugged fent... but when I plug I use warm water crushed pill and an oral syringe...

Perhaps you stick it on your finger, and stick it up your ass but that process could be messy... Like if a dude puts lube on his finger and fingers a girls ass... there's lube on her ass and inside.. so perhaps it would go through the skin outside on the ass cheek then whatever he managed to get inside... It's a good question, I will have to think on it more..

I have no intrest in plugging fent... the concept scares the shit out of me.. Does fent still work if he used the water/syringe method? I would imagine it would.. I wish the OP would come back and tell us how he did it.. The syringe route could also waiste fent as some would get stuck inside the syringe.. this is a thinker.. lol
 
I don't really HAVE to plug it, I just assume I'd get the most out of it that way.

See, i have ONE patch, and really no clue what to do with it. I've read about people sucking on it, putting it up against their cheek, but all the reading I've done seems kinda inconclusive.

And since my tolerance is so high, just slapping the patch on my arm as directed would be about as effective as slapping baloney on my arm.

Maybe try part in your mouth and part plugged? I use my roxi like that... part orally and part plugged... Though lately I have been snorting as well...

Your Nasal Spray has been a godsend to me this summer John, I am eternally greatful!!! <3
 
I think people might be misunderstanding the op.
For example when other posters are saying a 75mcg patch, that's 75mcg per hour patch.
Thus the 150mcg he's referring to is likely 150mcg total rather than per hour.
Thus 150mcg is only a small portion of a patch.
Perhaps he extracted or removed that quantity to plug.
If I'm wrong my bad but I'm assuming by the way he posted that is what he meant.


Oh & as to the nasal spray I'm not sure which one she's referring to.
I'm guessing John's spray is similar to the Oxymorphone nasal spray I posted about but with a different substance.
I believe I recall reading it but it might have been something I posted or another poster that I'm recalling.
I always get the spray posts confused, I know that John, myself, Bollweevil & a few others have had thread discussions on various nasal sprays.
I just can't remember who posted on which substances. :)

Take a nasal spray with a removable top... Crush up oxy whatever you want and put it in there with sterile saline solution... then you can just spray it in your nose wherever and nobody knows.... John made an excellent post about it earlier... Ill find it and bump it.. but that is it in a nutshell. It is a glorious idea!

it's not really as much as you think. I had two 50mcg shots of fent in the hospital after surgery and didn't feel anything so I was given dilaudid instead (of course at request ;))

remember if it a 75mcg/hr patch, it releases 75mcg every hour, not total. so in a 75mcg/hr patch, there is roughly 5400mg of fent.
