I know all about how to turn it into powder, thing is, i dont wanna, i have dilaudid if i want to snort. I have a 20mg oxycodone tolerance...can I eat all of it at once or would it be wiser to seperate the beads in two piles and eat them seperately ?

30mg of hydromorphone delivered over 12h is just 2,5mg of dilaudid...consumed orally too, I find that very little, but I'd rather verify with you guys first.
 
I find dilauldid to be pointless orally except it's good pain relief but no high. Snorting, plugging it or IVing it is really the only way to go.. I am not gonna suggest that you IV or anything like that... but if you snorted it and gauged how you feel after each line you should be able to figure out where you want to be.

I find that snorting the crushed beads to be a bit crap, fear an unbroken bead would get in my lungs etc. These Hydromorph contins are very frustrating. I got 30mg of it and i can't inject it safely and snorting them is not smooth like snorting a dilaudid..

Well, ER hydromorphone...

Have you ever considered plugging? It's the best way to use Hydromorphone in my opinion if you don't IV.
 
i wouldnt eat that whole thing with only a 20mg oxy tolerance if i were you.

then again if you shoot dillies maybe you can, idonno, but what i can tell you is that at one point I had a nearly endless supply of these contins and eating them is a fuckin waste, then again i was snorting like 4 of those 30mg ones a day so ymmv but with your tolerance you can get high like 4 times snorting that one pill.
 
crushing hydromorph contin

I've got a whole wack of these 12mg hydromorph contins[/COLOR]. Crushing them is a real bugger. Morter and Pestal (forgive me if that's not the correct spelling) is the only thing that has worked to crush these diamond hard little beads, I've been plugging them, however, I would prefer to IV, but have been reluctant as I'm not sure the breakdown is safe or will even be that effective. Does anyone truly have successful experience with shooting these pills, and if so, please, please share your process and experience.

I've had those tough-as-diamond hydromorph contin beads before.

Honestly, oral is a complete waste. Oxycodone is SOOOO much better, it's almost worth just throwing the hydromorph away if you're going to go oral.

I'd recommend trying to plug the hydromorph. Still not great, but better than nothing. Take the beads out, crush em up, put the beads back in the capsule, stick the capsule up there. Simple as cake.

Most plugging guides will have you mix the powder with water and insert it via syringe, but I found that the balls, even when ground, clump together and get stuck in the syringe. The capsule might not hit as fast or as good, but I had more luck with that than with the liquid method.

I depend on 240 mg oxy per day for legit health conditions; scoliosis and a few others... real pan does hurt!

1 x 30mg hydro Morph Contin aka BIG RED keeps me pain and body comfortable for 8-12 hours and if taken prior to sleep = say I took it at 11pm. I am fine till 1pm.

Note: I am doing a taper this month and have decreased my daily RX by 80mg (from 3 x 80mg - ~ 1 every 8 hours to 2 a day, plus 10-20 mg or Oxy Instant Release.

They worked for me and actually did a very fine job , the bio-availability, which has been skewed down to number sas low as 20% ??? and so on may be true for some.

But remember the golden rule to potentiation of opiates:

TAKE THEM 1 FULL HOUR PRIOR TO A FATY MEAL. or 2 HOURS AFTER.

Ya man, I lost the last 10 days of my TOTAL RX'd pain meds last month...

and cut down my daily paim meds dose by half. Please keep in mind my Condition(s) are real:

Mild symmetric disc bulging L-3-L4 and L4-L5. Mild to moderate left facet joint osteoarthritis L-3-L4. Thoracolumbar rotoscoliosis. And some more

FROM:

taking 1 x 80mg Oxy slow release ever 8 hours (20mg Instant Release as required daily) = APPROX 260MG DAILY FOR THE PAST 14 MONTHS. CLOCKWORK.

TO:

1 x 80 mg and a 30mg Hydro Morph contin (Dilaudid) ~ the BIG RED pills
and no other opiate or relevant pain meds~ I have tried the full over the counter spectrum & had tylnol 3 - 30mg codeine (approx 4-6 per day too for breakthrough pains, and they rarely helped ) but LUCKILY was 100% with ZERO opiates and / or pain relief 2 full days. The Tylenol 3's are no help, just kept me from getting sick. i DID HAVE 20MG diazepam + 1-2 mg clonazepam over these 10 days too. This helped too.

Honestly!!!! = It was all in my head,. and even though I have real pain, I NOW am at MAX 2 x 80mg Oxy daily and 10mg IR with my 10mg Diaz and 0.5 - 1mg Clonazepam moving forward. I am tapering as I began an exercise regimen and loosing 20+ lbs of fat from my gut will alleviate a substantial amount of pain, et al = strain so here we go ..

I welcome any and all feedback and replies. etc...

for me the only way was is to IV it. the other RoA's are pointless as no euphoria is achieved, for me at least. I had a kidney stone and the doc was like ok we are going to give you dilaudid and i was disappointed from past experiences with the drug. However once that shit hit my bloodstream i was flying.

i i used to bang the contins ALL the time its actully really easy once you get the beads all crushed real fine up in between 2 spoons, then u jus cook it up and filter. u get completly clear liquid with 0 particals cuz the wax beads dont dissolve and the hydromorphone goes right into the water, and ur good to go %)

ive eaten a whole one(30mg) with no opioid tolerence and barely felt any thing, it was really dissapointing:(
