Ol' Bouncy's Fizzy Root Brew

Grind a couple handfuls of Sassafras Root Bark in the Small Coffee Grinder one handful at a time. Scrape the Root Powder into the Shakable, Pourable Pitcher. Pour some Distilled Water into the Shakable, Pourable Pitcher.. but not too much! You will want to be able to shake it to help the Root Juices flow into the Distilled Water. Place the Shakable, Pourable Pitcher into the Refrigerator for a few days.. take it out and shake it every once in a while.. get a little workout! Smile Fold 3 or 4 Paper Towels and place them in the bottom of the Large Ceramic Bowl in an even layer. Pour the now reddish/tan contents of the Shakable, Pourable Pitcher into the Large Ceramic Bowl and try not to allow the soggy, powdered Sassafras Root Bark to spill over the side! Carefully pick up the Paper Towels by the edges, origami style. Allow Gravity to pull the liquid from the Paper Towels and flow into the Large Ceramic Bowl. Be Patient. Slowly, the liquid will drain and you can begin to squeeze the Paper Towels together and Wring them as dry as possible. Spin in a circle and Toss the Paper Towels in the Trash while singing, "paper towels, paper towels, in the trash, containing mash." (just kidding, but you can if you want to!!!) The Remainder of soggy, powdered Sassasfras Root Bark in the Shakable, Pourable Pitcher can be rehydrated and used to make either stronger brew, or a second batch. Add Sugar to the liquid in the Large Ceramic Bowl for approximately two to three beverage servings. Place the Top of Food Dehydrator on Top of the Large Ceramic Bowl allowing room for it to breath! Set the Dehydrator to the lowest setting and plug in. Stir the liquid at random intervals to mix the Sugar into the Liquid. Also, check out how the Dehydrator makes the water swirl!! Wink When you come home from work, notice the pure ecstacy that is the scent of Sassafras Root Bark! Smile When the liquid has dried, Rehydrate with Distilled Water, just enough.. Add Fizzy Water to Taste, garnish with Bannana Peel(just kidding! Very happy), and serve! Smile
