Heroin I need a Heroin 101 lesson.... Any help?

Ive been very curious lately in obtaining some heroin and need to know everything i can to stay safe. I know 50% of the discussion on the site these days arent about harm reduction but this is. I want to know what to look for so i dont buy some junk im told is H, and how to prepare the drug and administer it properly. Although i've never wanted to use needles as a ROA, i understand thats the best way to get the most out of the drug. If there is a thread about how to IV, can someone post it? i havent been able to find it. Anything you guys can do to help me out would be much appreciated.
 
well, theres not really a way to tell if you're getting ripped off or not right away.

if you have a chance, you can smell it and it should have a vinegar type smell. although, I've been fooled before (bought some from a white kid that lived around me, should've known better, but I was sick).

since you've never IV'd before, I'd snort the heroin (not very pleasant, but after its absorbed and the drip is done, you'll be feelin' fine.

if you want to know how to cook and shoot the drugs, its all over this board.

but I will say, start small, and have someone with you incase you fall out.
 
Its very difficult to explain to someone what heroin "should" look like because it comes in many different textures, colors, etc.....but in my experience the more "vinegary" it smells, the more potent it is.

If your not sure about IVing it than just snort it. Otherwise.....

To inject heroin you need a cooker (spoon, metal bottle cap, etc...preferrably something as sterile as possible), cotton, syringe, lighter, and alcohol to keep things sanitary if you want but its not neccessary.

First put the desired amount of heroin in the cooker(spoon is my favorite), try to start small so you can figure out how potent the stuff is than you can adjust your dosages from there.
Then pull up some water into the needle(I usually put about 80 units of water for an average shot but everyones different). Then squirt the water onto the heroin in the spoon.
Then you take the lighter and light it holding it under the spoon until all the heroin is dissolved in the water.(shouldnt take too long...and you might see some impurities floating around on top of the liquid....thats whatever the cut is that was cut into the heroin.). Next take a pea sized piece of cotton and place it in the spoon. Put the needle tip into the cotton and pull the plunger up until all the heroin is sucked up into the needle.

Now all you have to do is tie off your arm with a belt or something and shoot it into a vein. To be safe you should dip the needle tip into the alcohol and rub some alcohol onto the skin with some cotton or soemthign where you are going to inject to help sterilize it. To make sure your actually in the vein(before you push the plunger down) pull back on the plunger and see if blood comes pouring into the needle. This means your in a vein and that its ok to push the plunger down, injecting the heroin into your body.

After that pull the needle out, wipe the injection site with an alcohol swab to be safe and lay back to enjoy the most wonderful rush you will ever experience chemically.

I know 10s of ways to purify, test for purity, filtrate, distillate etc. any organic compounds but you have to understand that many people like myself are not allowed, legally speaking, to discuss this with you even if doing so would reduce harm or save your life.

If you change your topic name to brown sugar and ask how to make sure it's pure enough to make pancakes, I'm sure you'll obtain much more professional help from many of us who would never reveal anything to you otherwise.
 
if you're gonna get into heroin, start off by snorting it. you'll be able to play around with it for a longer period of time. going straight into IV is just gonna raise your tolerance faster than necessary, and plus you run the risk of overdosing.

i used to love snorting heroin. favorite drug by far.

if you know something post it. there's a cocaine purification thread, but as i recall i didnt think there was anyway to purify your herion, so ima call bs?

plz prove me wrong tho and post how to make sure the "brown sugar" is pure enough.

What? You would need concentrated HCl, Diethyl ether (nice smell yummy :] ), ammonia, baking soda, I think that's it if I didn't forget anything.

i made a thread asking if there was anyway to purify heroin about a year ago, and no one said there was really a way to purify it effectively without considerable loss.

You won't lose any but...it'll have some salt to spice it up in the end and I'm afraid nobody will separate that ^_^

OP, I see that you are from western NY, so you are probably getting stamp bags (little wax paper pouches folded into a little 1 inch rectangle, taped shut, and stamped with a slogan) that have been picked up in NYC and driven over to rochester, or buffalo, or whatever other city is close to you for further distribution.

I would strongly recommend sniffing heroin until you get a gauge of purity and how it effects you. If you end up IVing, have somebody on stand-by to take care of you if needed.

One way that may help you from not getting ripped off may be by only buying a small amount, and say if its good that you will be getting a lot more from said person in the future, and they will be ur main supplier.
 
oh, and something else. if a new dealer ever gives you a freebie bag or pill along with his phone number, never expect the dope to be that good again.

also, I've noticed, the best dope is the dope bought early in the day (I'm talking morning), its like the later in the day it gets, the more stretched out their dope gets.
