So i looked around for a thread regarding getting caught with e,
found something but it was a busted thread, broken 503 or what ever.
So anyway move accordingly what ever:P
but my questions..
( i am over 18)
what would happen if i was busted with 1-2 rolls?
and anything else that would be good to know :)
anyway.

Depending on the area, you'd either walk away with no real charges or get a small possession charge and spend a short time in jail.

in california you would either walk away or go to jail get booked and release and have to complete pc 1000.
 
1-2 rolls as in 100-200 pills? Or 1-2 pills? There's a big difference there.

I don't think you could just walk away from 100-200 pills.
 
Dahli, I'm pretty sure by 1-2 rolls he meant 1-2 actual pills, not to sound like a dick but how did you get 1 - 200 lol? he'd have said 1 - 200 pills if thats what he meant..

Eithe way, smalltime posession charge depending where you are could mean the difference between a slap on the wrist and caution (gotta love the UK) or death penalty (asia)

Around here (NW US), we call 100 pills a roll. That's why I asked.
 
If you don't have enough on you to seem like a dealer (1-2 pills certainly qualifies as this), you may get anything from a stern lecture (and your pills being taken from you) to jailtime and fines. However, keep in mind that ecstasy is a scheduled substance, and you can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Good practice: Don't get caught. :)

Best practice: Don't go walking around with pills :)
 
Your post is a little too vague for us to answer. You could also consider having this moved over to Legal Discussion. The mods over there are awesome, and if you provide more info then they could give you more accurate information.

I would think it would be pretty hard to be caught with 1 or 2 pills. You consume them and don't walk around with them on you. It really depends on the police officer that busts you. If you are over 18, obviously they'll be harder on you than if you're a minor. They could send you to jail. Keep them in a mint tin, if you even catch wind of police, you can eat them, and it looks like you were just getting a mint out. I always keep my stuff in a tin that actually has mints in it also. I don't take it anywhere except home after I get it and have it put away so no one would ever find it. Please be very careful.
 
If you're juvenile and do get caught it will be a small offense, felony still. If you're over 18 you're looking at some small jail time, 1-2 is not much to worry about but still don't get caught its not worth it pop them fuckers. Getting caught selling them is a whole nother story, get caught with a jar slinging your looking at some pen time for a long long time
 
scedual 1 substance if they test em 2-4 years state jail , but your first offince and u get a good expencive lawyer mabey paroll or 4 years provation and a fat fine or even rehab if u get a good judge (fat chance in texas) , im pritty shure in us its a fellony everywere. but idont know anyone aroud here that got chaged with poss of xtc .
 
In this part of the world, you would just receive a warning for 1 or 2 pills. Prosecution would be unlikely unless you were driving a car or doing something else felonious. More than 1 or 2 you could probably be prosecuted for dealing.

Ah fair enough then, sorry if my post pissed you off bro. I Find it hard getting to grips with all this international slang..
 
Just curious, what is the maximum punishment for getting caught with a jar/roll (~100 pills) in the US? I tried looking it up but it said life sentence which I don't quite believe...

I do know that they will usually just give you a ticket for low quantities, I had a friend caught with 6 hits of acid, they didn't want to bother with the paperwork. Had a friend over 18 caught with 1 hits of acid, he was given a $1300 ticket, but this was only because they forgot to read him his rights. This was years ago, but back then, you could be looking at a manslaughter charge, I know it's crazy, but they considered those types of chems attempted manslaughter.
 
what will happen

i live in a small town in Canada and i got cought with 50 pills in my house,and the cops r trying to charge me and my girlfriend with possion with intent to traffic...im 28 and i like to no whats gonna happen?
