Opioids morphine questions

i took a long break and my tolerance is at a point where about 20mg of hydrocodone would have me lightly nodding.

i got 15mg instant release morphine pills- im sorry i can not be more specific on the brand or even the real drug name... sorry stoned i forget. i took 2 of them. i have done morphine 4 times before but almost a year ago. --have used codeine, hydro, oxy, tramadol, kratom, dilaudid(IV'd in hospital w/ benadryl... nodded out dont remember the high) too.

the problem is that these morphine pills come on almost 3 hours after eating and lasts almost 3 hours..so 3/5 times i have felt a strong but very different opiate feeling . to me it really seems strange. i even drank lots of white GFJ this time too. still took 2.5 hours to hit me. i always take on a pretty empty stomach. what going on with this

alright didnt think of that. have done it with oxy a few times before... didnt notice much difference

it should come on faster, its weird that it took so long for the morphine to hit you.
try taking it with a fatty meal or on a empty stomach

yea i didnt eat like 6 hours before taking today. and i drank lots of white GFJ with it. it was instant release too... 2-3 hours to even start feeling a slight rush/coming up is just ridiculous

Here in brazil i have tried instant released morphine (pills), crushed and then added cold saline solution... (90mgs in one single shoot) It produced very mild effects on me. Fentanyl, nalbuphine, tramadol and codeine are my favorite opies. Besides my favorites, i have only tried morphine sulfate and oxycontin.

you could try plugging them to get a quicker onset and better B/A

your positive there ir pills? what color are they i beleave the 15mg ir's are white i just find it almost imposible to beleave that ir pills would take 3 hours to come on i take 30mg ir's all the time and it usually takes 20-45 mins to kick in and peaks in about 90 mins and after 2 hours they start to lose there effect but maybee they are ir pills and your just peeking at 3 hours for some reason(though doubtful) try increasing the dosage by 1-2 pills morphine has a horrible oral ba if your used to 20-30mg hydro i would take 30-60mg morphine
