Speed hangover cure - do you have one?

been abusing meth for the past month and nothing is more important than eating imo. the more u eat the more you can do too w/o feeling like a zombie.

i actually like how it's taken the joy out of eating cuz then you just eat for nutrients. as long as you tell yourself there is no option you'll be fine. protein helps the most; peanut butter on bread is my go-to meal when i need somethign quick
 
Dude, you can't not eat for 2 days while on speed. That's fucking insane.

If you've been taking so much speed that you can't even force small meals down, you need to lower your dose. I don't get any hangover because I eat healthy vegan food as much as possible when using amphetamines. Also, avoid sugar and sugary drinks like the gummy vitamins and Sobe you chose haha.
 
The Klonipin should help take the edge off without putting you to sleep. Follow it with as much water as possible and if you absolutely cannot eat, drink vitamin water or milk.
 
I have made a rule for myself a few years ago and that is no using after 10pm and lay down with my eyes closed by 3am until at least 7am. I have a real hard time eating and drinking so I force down anything light at least 2 times a day. I force myself to carry a water bottle and drink any time my cotton mouth bothers me.
There is always exceptions of course and I never want to eat, drink and sleep but its important. On the few occasions I didn't lay down I just kept drinking lots of water and making myself eat and kept myself busy.
I noticed my method of use makes a difference on how crappy I feel to.
 
Ensure drinks are perfect when theres no appetite.. easy to chug and pretty much like a meal
 
What does L-Tyrosine do to affect the crash? I actually take about 500mg a day from one of the supplements I take.
 
Sleeping pills, Ensure, a really cool room, and at least 10 hours devoted to sleep.

Drink a couple a cans of Ensure, take a double dose of what sleeping pills you prefer, and sleep...

You are just in a really shitty mode more from lack of sleep than anything else. Your mind just needs rest.
 
Fuck Ensure. That shit is the most processed sugary garbage ever, it's nothing but chemical soup.

Drink some real liquid food, like a raw cacao, avocado and coconut smoothie, or a kefir, hemp oil, strawberry, blueberry smoothie, and take a multivitamin and some omega-3's.

It's just to put something in his stomach. At that point he is not hungry enough for a nice whopping smoothie. He will most likely puke anything up besides heavily liquefied foods.

Healthy, yes. Able to hold it down after a stim binge, no.

There's no such thing as 'just something to put in your stomach'. It's better to starve than drink a sugary beverage. The insulin spike is not going to do anything good for his mental or physical state.

Sugar has an anti-nausea property to it.

It's for the nausea bro. The more space you consume in your stomach, the better the chance of puking.
 
I used to work construction back in 98 and we all got a lotta speed for free to help us work 7 -12 hours days during a rush job,and i always choked down a turkey sandwich with cheese and drank a lot of water,and i stupidly ended up staying up for about 25+ days straight during the month long 7 12 hour days a week hurry up job and ended up with greenish brusies under my baggy dilated eyes..stupid thing but the bosses all knew everyone was on speed because they were doing it to and we got free speed by some of the older guys on the job everyday..1/4 in the am ,,and a 1/4 after lunch...then a lot of us would buy some from somebody with a bunch on them and stay up and do more speed till it was time to go to work and start the endless days and nights again..i was sent home for 3 days by the foreman cuased i lokked so bad and with green bruises unde rmy eyes he was like fuck man you need to sleep everynow and then...i wne thome and slept for about 24 hours straight and then went out and get some more speed and got spun but not at work...I was 21 than and had started usin gspeed at 15 or so and I am lucky I did not die,but I did eat everyday at lunch and drink lotta water...i'm 33 now and I know that staying up know longer than 3 or 4 days straight is gonna be a hard crash and a 24 hour+ recovery..lol...damn I wa stupid at 21...and lucky...

I assure you, sugary synthetic chemical beverages made by multinational corporations aren't going to make your stomach feel better than some real fresh raw food, liquified.

It says in here flat clear liquids will do the trick, as well as crackers/snacks.
I guess this might be where the confusion lies... My grandmother used flat sprite. Sugar is definitely there, as it is a soft drink.

Dairy period, is not the ideal thing, that link actually says to avoid them if possible.
I know you did not say chug it.

It's just best to do liquid and food separately. Nothing too thick on the liquid side. If you smoothies are really slurred, then I was agreeing with you.
 
you could try 5htp or melatonin - also u shud take benzo when u want to crash to make sure you get sum sleep before work next time. they will also help you get through the day big time taking them now just hope u dnt fall asleep at work. ive dun ths many times going in still up from coke binges n running out of powder at lunch time!!
