how to manage pain?

So my doctor put me on abilify for sleep. it helped the first week for sleep.

But now i think because of abilify that i have the sharpest pains in my knees and restless leg syndrome.

the doctor said im am having these pains from abilify not mixing well with one of medication.

she also said that the pain and restless leg syndrom are permanent.

she put me on cogentin for RLS and the pains but its not working whatsoever and i dont thing shell prescribe me painkillers because i'm only 16 and i have a pst of abusing prescription drugs and i have tried to kill myself with them.

i use to get them for free cause i take them from my dad but im not aloud at his house court ordered.

this pain is unbearably i have tried every OTC tylenol, advil and ibuprofen.

The only things that seem to help the pain is opiates. i cant get them all the time. but when i do get them my brother shares the OC that he buys and it seems to really take all the pain away. hell i wouldnt care what type of opiate it is as long as it takes my pain away so i can actually sleeo
