I managed to get my hands on some pure mdma caps off a mate which every one has been going nuts over. I got a question for someone that has had it before, its been over 8 months since my last decent roll on MDMA, whats the best way to take the caps other than snorting cause i want a prolonged roll

disolving it in water or just eating the cap whole?

We have a first timer too, whats a good dose for a first timer ?
Cheers

For a prolonged roll then it's best to just eat the cap. Dissolving it in water will make it come on faster, and it will probably hit a little harder too, but the duration will be a little shorter (though I'm sure it won't make a huge difference eiter way). I think (though I'm not positive) that rectal administration is meant to be quite nice with MDMA also, though my guess would be that this also leads to a shorter more intense trip (haven't tried it myself).

For a first timer I would recommend ~125mg. Should be enough to really get a feel for the drug without being overwhelming.

sorry if i sound a little sceptical but are you sure it is MDMA? wouldn't hurt to test be on the safe side.

I would go with the swallowing, just eat it as a cap. I never found snorting MDMA to do it justice.

i agree about snorting... i had a travelling friend get some to me and i thought it was speed.. racked up a line and went off to work.. it wasnt long before I was wondering what the f*ck id had!! once i spoke to my friend and realised what id done, capping it was the way to go. avoids the horrible taste and yep 125mg for a first timer should be fine, as long as they dont weigh bloody 40kgs or something! They say 2mg for every 1kg of body weight

None of us on here have a gauge of how strong these are so we cant recommend a dosage for a first timer. Ideally your friend should take a small amount to start off to see how his/her body reacts (keeping in mind how many mdma adulterants are out there) and then take a single dose or one that someone who has already tried the caps deems fit for a beginner.

As for methods of administration i would personally suggest oral because the come-up is generally smoother and the duration is quite long. Plugging, however, can be equally if not more effective causing the high to come on faster and harder. Personally i haven't noticed and change in duration between oral and rectal administration but if you have stomach problems and get sick with ecstasy then stickin it up the pooper is the best bet.

be safe and have fun %)

If u want it to last then simply just eat it or plug it. I wouldnt recommend IV-ing it altho that would be ur best ROA. Its very unsafe to IV unknown powders. Orally it will last a bit longer than racking it altho it wont be as intense.

A good dose for a non tolerant user would be around 80-100mg thats if its Molly. If it were me id sample 10-20mg first and then get a rough idea of what it could be. There are alot of RCs out there and who knows what u might have so just be careful.

Also, from what little reports I've read on the interwebz, IV'ing MDMA is a pretty sub-par experience. Not worth the hassle of preparing the IV gear from what others have said.

Not really dude, while i have never experienced it i have seen a few close friends of mine IV a pretty big dose and let me tell u that when i saw his face it actually quite scared me lol The rush hits u all at once when injected.

^ Theres definately some very positive reports that seem to confirm it is a very strong rush when IV'd, too much for a lot of people.

I have to say I don't think I could think of much with more potential to cause harm in a relatively short period of time. Personally I found that when I was doing a lot of pills they caused me many problems. I found they caused me to have serious memory and concentration problems, not to mention social anxieties as well as the odd paranoid delusion, also I get these weird purple/blue dots all over my visual field when it's really dark or I close my eyes sometimes and I blame pills for that too. I was doing a lot of meth and nitrous and smoking shitloads of weed every day and heaps of people who like to live in their bubble where MDMA is great and never hurt anybody love to blame it on those but as soon as I stopped the pills all my problems started to get better.

I reckon MDMA is pretty damn safe when used extremely sparingly but it becomes dangerous territory pretty quickly with regular use. I can only imagine what IV binges on MDMA could do to your serotonin, it would be a fucking train wreck.

I think a lot of people are quick to believe MDMA is safe just because it takes a relatively high dose to kill an average person and is so much damn fun. I am not a doctor, and honestly I have abused just about every class of drugs under the sun at a young age, but I do feel with certainty that MDMA/"ecstasy" caused me a lot more problems than any other drug I have abused.

I agree with you DM.

The over use of MDMA is a really bad thing. I have seen it screw up the lives of countless people over the years. When the strong pills were plentiful, I saw so many people who had good jobs and social groups just throw it all away for a few hours of fun under pretty lights every weekend. Many of my friends stopped showing up to work on Monday/Tuesday, some eventually losing their jobs. Most suffered from social anxieties, depression and severe mood swings. Our group went from a happy and extremely social crew, to mainly hermits in a matter of months...

I had all the same side effects as you when I was doing MDMA on a weekly basis. As well as slurring or misplacing words in sentences and almost blacking out if I stood up suddenly in the days following a big weekend. I notice the same side effects starting to come back whenever I use it more than once every 5-6 weeks now days.

It is definitely best used sparingly.

I have seen some great improvements in heavy users since they cut down or stopped using MDMA. With the drought in full swing I haven't seen anywhere near as many side effects from drug abuse as those caused by MDMA in years gone by.

Substances such as heroin, meth and coke are now claiming some of my friends, but the figures are well below those from the early-mid 00's when everyone was doing high dose MDMA beans. People who wouldn't normally do drugs just saw them as harmless. I guess we are brought up taking pills as medicine so it's second nature to take one for a good time on a night out.

I would love to see a return of high dose MDMA pills. I know myself and most of my friends would be very cautious this time around. It would be an absolute train wreck for the younger generations though. I guess they will have to learn from their own mistakes if there ever is another flood. I sure wouldn't have listened at that age.

Hopefully we can get the message across to a few youngens before they fry their brains a little too much.

You just can't beat the magic that this chemical gives. It adds another dimension to clubs and festivals that has all but disappeared in recent times. Disrespect it and it sure will OWN you.

^ Yeah the speech problems are one thing I 100% attribute to MDMA, it's just fucking embarassing to say words wrong or completely mix them up in a sentence, especially when your caught doing it often. :(

Luckily I found these subsided within a few months of cessation, unlike a few of the other problems.

I'm truly glad that the speech problems subsided with abstinence.

I was once asked if I was dyslexic by a new guy at work when I had been over indulging in molly. That was awkward. So it does get pretty fricken bad...

One thing that barely recovered, even with a 10 month break from MDMA and all stimulants, was my once amazing working memory and long term memory. I used to get commended on my memory, but would now be lucky to have 50% of what it was. Even when smoking weed all day, every day, I never used to forget names and had a mental phone book of important numbers, but that is now long gone. To a lesser extent I still suffer from difficulties when problem solving and find it much harder to learn new things. I used to pick everything up like a sponge and now I sometimes find myself really having to try to learn stuff.

I'm definitely not dumb, but my abuse of MD** substances surely dulled me down a few shades from where I should be.

I did notice similar side effects when abusing amphetamines from time to time, but they were a lot less prominent. It's interesting that meth is more neuro toxic than MDMA and I found it to cause less cognitive problems. The addiction potential is certainly higher though.

You have to take the good with the bad and one thing that increased with all my drug use is my ability to create music. I don't regret that. I have learned a lot of valuable lessons and I've had a hell of a lot of fun.

If I could go back and do it again, I would take more precautions to lessen the damage and would not take MDMA more than once a month.

The people that are still buying pills/caps in these dark times, don't really have to worry about this. There isn't enough active in them to cause these problems. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for people who continue to ingest the likes of pipes and any number of barely studied/unstudied research chemicals such as the beta ketones :\

Only time will tell

^ I totally agree...

Whilst i love MDMA and believe everyone should experience it at least ONCE, more than once a months fries you. I was hell fried at 18-20. Probably really fried by 18, since most my good mdma experiences were from 16-18.

I had some methylone the other day, felt like a kid in a candy store, just wanted to do it again. Had to stave myself off the good stuff for a few days, just to get the euphoria i felt out of my head.

Mates nagged me to indulge last night, but i declined, watched a movie - and kicked back.

My group hasn't bothered to try and source MDMA in a long time and we're not going to until we see a significant change in the market. We don't expect this to actually happen any time soon...

Mr Ibis, in your personal opinion how does bk-MDMA compare to MDMA? I know that threre's plenty written on this already, I'd just like your personal opinion on the matter. :-)

Romie1092 the only way to improve memory is to use it. Studying is probably the best thing to do if your worried about the condition of your memory.

Between 2004 - 2006 I went hard on MDMA and Meth and I suffered the same memory problems being mentioned here. I quit all drugs for all of 2007 and went back to study to straighten myself out. I found my memory completely returned and even improved (due to hard work) past where I was pre-drug binging. I 'relapsed' in 2008 and got back into MDMA/Meth, doing one or the other (or combination thereof) pretty much every weekend for the entire year. This undid alot of the hard work, but since then I've been able to build it up again thanks to cutting down my drug use to a moderate level and studying hard. I recommend the combination of these two things if you want to recover your memory. I can't stress enough that your memory won't improve unless it's used.
