Need some help picking out a Paracetamol...

I really need some help picking out a Paracetamol for first time. Me and my friend really want to try it and I've been reading up on tons of threads here. Even learned to CWE =D

I've picked out stuff like:

Panadol Extra Strength
Contains: 500mg Paracetamol

Robaxacet Extra Strength
Contains: 500mg Acetaminophen, 400mg Methocarbamol

I live in Canada, so its hard to get the codeine benefits like Australia :(

Thanks for your help guys! First time trying it, please also tell me how much mg I should take.. :)
 
Erm... I'm not sure if this is a troll but: Paracetamol has NO recreational effect whatsoever. It's barely above to manage a headache. Plus highly toxic in large enough does.
Not much else to say really?
 
^ I think he's asking about extracting the codeine from those things, especially since he's from Canada...don't think he's trying to get high on the acetaminophen. Can't help at all with this, but OP maybe clarify your post a bit?

Yes, sorry I meant extracting the codeine out. I know I can extract the codeine using CWE, but I wanted to know which OTC medicine would be the best to do CWE on which I can buy in Canada :)
 
Well first off you have to select something that actually has codeine in it. I don't know if you used the ones you listed as examples but they don't have codeine so a CWE would be a waste. Considering that I'm not Canadian I can't help you out much from actual experience but I did see this thread. It is around 2 years old but it should help out some. BTW you aren't gonna find want you on the shelves, it's gonna be OTC. And don't pick something with caffeine because it can't be CWE'd or just read the thread lol.

So kashn, glad to see your not a troll. Probably be easier to use the product that contains codeine and acetaminiphine only. I not sure what the methocarbomal is and if it will filter out via a cwe.

Hey, I already read that. Thats where I got the Robaxacet from :P

and Methocarbamol can be CWE'd according to Jamshyd.

I really wanna try this thing out... Maybe I'll head down to Shopper's Drug Mart or Walmart or something tomorrow and see if I have any luck...
 
We don't have Paracetamol in Canada...
Anyways, go to a pharmacy and ask for Tylenol 1. It's OTC in Canada and has 8mg or so of Codeine per pill. High caffeine amounts if doing a CWE though...

Paracetamol is usually referred to as Acetaminophen (APAP) in North America :)

Yes, Tylenol 1 is what I shall be looking for tomorrow, although I was hoping there would be better ones...

I could be wrong but I think you can get Codeine Cough Syrup OTC here also, give it a try.
 
The generic ones from pharmacies are usually the best/cheapest and contain only the basics: paracetomol and codeine, no fillers or crap. Not sure what you guys have over there, but in the UK Boots sell one called "Boots Paracetomol and Codeine", it's £1.99 in a silver pack and it just dissolves in the water in about 5 minutes so no need to crush the pills. However if you have a coffee grinder it takes all of 5 seconds to grind up the pills like nobody's business.

Walk into a pharmacy and ask "Have you got any paracetomol and codeine?" If they ask what it's for just say dental pain or something. Works every time for me :)
 
If N+ is OTC in Canada (I'm a UK codeine ab/user) then that would be your best bet for the highest Codeine/APAP ratio 12.8 : 200
But apparently they are a bitch to CWE.

They really, really are. Even the generic ones are a bitch. The water tends to stay cloudy due to all the fillers and crap so you have no idea if it's safe to drink or not. Unless you dry it and weight it ofcourse.
 
Alright guys, here's an update:

I went down to Shoppers Drug Mart, I got OTC Tylenol #1 for $6 for 30 tablets, the #2/3 they won't sell to anyone who is not at least in their mid 20's supposedly.. but at least i got some codeine for the first time :D

I did the CWE, got the liquid extraction with codeine. I used all 30 codeine pills with 8mg each so about almost 240mg of codeine in the final product (some is obviously lost). But that was enough to get me and my friend a mild high, but i feel i we need more than that... I'm not sure how much we need to get us a high as much as like coke or even some good kush. Any advice? :P

Also, I wanted to evaporate the water and get the codeine in solid form. I was reading on erowid, about a line on it, and it said the codeine is sensitive to heat so it will probably evaporate along with the water... Any suggestions how to do this more effectively to get codeine in solid/powder form?

At least you got the Codeine :)
But you mentioned coke? Seriously the highs could not be further from each other! And no amount of codeine will EVER feel like any amount of coke - codeine is what it is an albeit weak sedating opiate, so please don't take huge amounts expecting something strong.
I can only speak from the experience of someone with deficient CYP2D6 enzymes (I get weaker effects from codeine than most) but I need to take around 250mg to actually feel fully high, so you may wish to increase that 120mg dose to around 150-180.
