I know this has probably been asked 3,000+ times, but right now I can barely breath, I feel like its causing me to suffocate.
What are some things that could help with things like sleep, mood, etc..
Also, does anyone have any "Avoidance methods" so to speak, like moving in with a significant other? I can't do anything like that... I'm a broke 15 year old with un-supportive parents... I don't know what to do. Please help!

Kick your ass at the gym or have sex if you can. Both always help. I know just the thought of working out is murder in itself but it always helps. Also-- With the cold sweats a shower ALWAYS helps for me. I stop freaking out about being too hot and too cold, I just relax. The only thing that helped my mood was suboxone. Every time I WD I am so god damn depressed, then I take a subo and bam! I feel like I could conquer the world and no more WD!

You're 15 years old and doing Heroin? Jesus dude, you started pretty early eh?
Taking any opiate will stop your withdrawals.

Get to the gym..... fast. start building up your endorphins by working out our even just running. you can look at your receptors a velcro, they are binding. the more you work out the less it will feel like the velcro ( withdraws) is ripping apart, metaphorically! i hope that makes scince.
I dont think in your position i would recommended trading opiates for another drug, but can help.

Thanks, the shower helped. I actually jumped out a moving car trying to get away from my father and was forced to walk 7 miles back to my place. Exercising really helped with sleep too.

Yeah... My entire family has a track record, my cousins, sisters, you name it. We're really close, but we don't see each other often enough to realize how miserable each other is. There are mad young kids hooked on shit around here. You wouldn't know this town is a shit hole until you move in. I bought Newports at a station when I was just 13. This town is a joke. No ones willing to help each other out, and there are kids that are raised by their parents to deal. I knew a kid, 13 years old got busted with 9 pounds of bud. I hate I hate I hate I hate this place.

Hey bro, good for you. it does help. thats good to here you arnt just dealing with it and are pittying yourself. big ups

Turning to drugs ISN'T dealing with shit.

But I'm not going to judge, I was taking pain pills when I was 13.

Things that help:

Exercising
Showers
Vitamins
Electrolytes (Gatorade; sports drinks)

Drugs that help:

Benzodiazepines - muscle pain/anxiety/shakes
Phenobarbital - muscle pain/anxiety/shakes
Imodium/Lomotil - diarrhea
Clonodine - general symptoms
Suboxone - opioid analgesic
NSAID (Ibuprofen) - pain

read the post. and you are the one listing drugs. hummmm

Ive always found Immodium to help out with general W/D symptoms and of course a few valium to help feeling like shit :/ best thing to do is just ride the bitch out and NOT GO BACK. that way you wont have to deal with wds again... they really do suck... especially in a county jail holding cell for 3 days...

If you want to get better the natural way then I suggest doing what a lot of people have said and exercise and eat healthy. However, if you aren't against taking something else to help deal with the WD then I recommend getting ahold of some Tramadol. It will definitely help. Hope you feel better soon.

medication

benzos (as long as its only for the duration of the w/d éweeks max)
immodium
maybe some codeine/APAP the first few days

Practical shit

lots of fluids
eat healthy
as much sport as you can, you won't be able to do any in the first few days but thats ok
