what is the best legal supplement

DIET, DIET, DIET and training, that is what is going to get you bigger...nothing else that you take is going to do anything for you if you don't eat to grow and workout properly...there are no miracle pills or liquids out there

if you want to take a supplement, take a mult-vitamin, protein, and creatine, but even then you have to have a proper diet and training because they are supplements, meaning that they are used to supplement DIET and training

any of that other crap, like legal steroids or pro-hormones are junk and very dangerous and will fuck up your liver and other organs

LEARN TO EAT TO GROW BEFORE YOU START TRYING TO USE SUPPLEMENTS

that is what the cyproheptadine is for my doctor gave it to me to increase my appetite
i'm really skinny and i eat 4 times a day about 3500 calories and no weight increase

you need to be eating closer to 5000 calories a day or more....3500 is nowhere near enough for somebody your height

basically it comes down to when you think you are full eat some more and then eat some more...get some weight gainer shakes and use 2 or three of those per day, but those are really the only things besides food that is going to help

That cyproheptadine stuff supposedly suppresses your growth hormone, doesn't sound like it would help.

another thing is your stomache expands, you have probably "trained" it not to eat to much. but we are humans, and we can be "trained" to do any thing that we put our minds to, we just have to figure out how. one way to make your self hungrier, is to eat as soon as you get up. the sooner you eat, the sooner you will be hungrier. and as for eat past when you feel full, i dont know about that , i mean shoving food down your throat with a fork instead of chop sticks already forces this, it takes you a cupple minutes to feel full when your eating.
in my experience, eating more freaquently leads to faster metabolism, where as eating larger meals at a time leads to "growing" your stomache size. but you dont need to do it to fast. unless you have direct time constraints for which you are trying to reach that weight.

eating 5-6 smaller meals a day doesn't raise your metabolism more than eating 3 normal meals...Study 1...Study 2

if you want to grow you have to feed your body and you have to feed it more than what it needs to just maintain it's current mass, but that doesn't mean throw a bunch of junk food in either, the food still needs to be clean...unfortunately the majority of people say they are eating 2500-3000 calories, but when they breakdown their diet and look at it they are maybe getting 1000-1500 calories in

If I had to pick one supplement it would be a blended protein powder.

He is right, food is the chief anabolic... people vastly underestimate food and are constantly looking for that magic bullet supplement. Trust me, it doesnt exist. I was always one of the strongest 3 or 4 guys at gym and all the large people had one thing in common. Food. They also had something else in common... most took one or two supplements at most, and if they took any others, it was because they had a contract with the supplement company.
