I would already be satisfied if I knew about the activity of 5-HO-DMT. there are only a few reports, and they are inconclusive, to say the least. I'd love it if it would appear as pure substance on the grey market, so I could give it a try myself...

yes, but shulgin didn't try it himself, as far as I know, only citing old papers, of which many were criminal experiments with non-consenting probants. and than there is jonathan ott, who has tried bufotenine himself and says it is as psychedelic as 5-MeO-DMT: http://www.erowid.org/archive/sonoran_desert_toad/ott.htm. he also says that it is the main active ingredient of yopo and cebil, which are psychedelic without question. and there are also some users here who have tried and reported psychedelic quantities, and some who haven't...

Eh, if it's as psychedelic as 5-MeO-DMT, then I won't go out of my way to look for it, when 5-meo-dmt is out there.

i think bufotenine is great....smoking was preferred, much less peripheral side effects. a fantastic substance. :D

2-OH-DMT is probably inactive. That makes it a but bulky and would keep it from fitting into the receptor. 2-substitutions on DMT and other tryptamines always reduces or abolishes potency.

No such thing as 3-OH-DMT as the 3-position is already occupied by the dimethylamine tail.
