Teens Now Getting High Off "Digital Drugs"

I remember seeing these I-Doser things YEARS ago. Like over five years ago. Slow news days all 'round.

Binarual beats are different. I am familiar with them, they can serve a purpose if and if used correctly can actually have an effect (as Josh mentioned above).

They did that test on myth busters and proved it wrong haha... perhaps there was just so much pressure underwater or something.. but hey it could have been JUST right. .

they failed though and they used MASSIVE bass bins and surrounded themselves and went like on hunddreds of freqencys.. look it up.


but yeh.. who knows !
 
^ Yeah I saw that.

I used to study sound and we talked about that and the 'O' tone... the general consensus was that there could be frequencies that cause the right amount of resonance to have an effect, but it would probably require a lot of amplification and could possibly be individual to each person.

But if it did work we all thought it would work on the principles of resonance.
 
I tried the iDoser out a few years back, on the advice of a friend. Admittedly I did feel euphoria, but that was mainly because I could turn the lights back on and get on with my life. Total waste of time, and I feel sorry for people who actually pay for it. I'm convinced the friend who suggested it is a filthy liar, and was just messing with me.

I too saw that on Mythbusters. And they didn't prove shit, whose to say they had the exact right frequency? I say NOT BUSTED :p

Funny because of this thread I brought it up with my mate, and he said he thinks it was the vaccum that sucks the water up from the pool back up to the top of the slide. Which I remember is exactly what it was. And I think the name of the slide was The Aqua Coaster.

it would seem to me that there are various groups on the net on a mega cock sizing competition on who can come with the latest stupid bullshit (whether they're rebirthing some hippy shit or not) and see if it'll be picked up by the media.

i say bluelight needs to get its heads together to come up with teh biggest and best false drug rumour.

shit scam. Maybe with years of training u could reach some kind of transcendental headspace thru meditation techniques, but a quick way with dodgy music + lights -- like those "brain machines" -- how silly can u get?

The I-Doser "doses" can be easily downloaded from one of the major torrent sites. The player is then installed from the official website. Takes about 3 minutes to get it all set up.

I am currently trialing the "Marijuana dose" and will report back if it is any more than just the white noise I am hearing now.

The 45 minutes of meditation was relaxing but beyond that it didn't produce any noticeable effects.
 
Why as soon as the topic 'drugs' is mentioned the next connection is always 'teenagers/children'. Clearly the tonnes of drugs being consumed every year are by people mainly over 18.

I tried the digital drugs. I was relaxed at most. Put on some astral projection and hallucinogen and that was far more trippy.
 
What you really need to do, is put these digital drugs on half way through an LSD trip.
