Am i gonna die?

Good advice here. How you feeling angryteabag? [btw..I love your name] ;) :)

Aside from carrots, I also always have celery in the fridge! Yummy! And assorted nuts such as whole raw almonds and shelled pistachios. 100% better than junkfood!

not feeling too bad, although im really cautious about anything i intake now haha. and im kinda paranoid when i smoke bud, if i have the slightest feeling that im sick i start feeling anxious lol and all my mates are telling me to do all of these drugs but keep saying i cant. friggen peer pressure haha, my mate is chopping up his cactus on thursday and i dont know if i want to have a repeat sick trip.

my docters appointment is now pushed to monday. im going to a docter at a university, they charge $5 :\

ive changed my diet a bit. i eat a full breakfast, trying to drink as much water as i can. taking flax oil, vitamin b. i dont drink energy drinks any more but i still have a coffee in the morning (would that be just as bad?)

and right now im munching on a carrot =D

More and more positive health information has come out about coffee of late. Many health food/vitamin shops are selling green coffee and green coffee extract because of this. However individual tolerance of coffee varies a lot and I'm sure it isn't good for everyone. How does coffee make you feel and how is your tolerance of caffeine? If your Doctor makes a diagnosis you might ask him about diet issues and coffee. A lot of times the way to test if something is impacting your health is to give it up for a set period and see if symptoms lessen or change. Going from daily caffeine use to no caffeine is a notorious cause of headaches and some people experience constipation when forgoing coffee. You may not want to give up coffee if you are acclimated to it till you have a handle on the current health crisis, but then it is always possible that coffee consumption is a part of the problem.

well, i dont think i get withdrawals from not drinking coffee. i didnt drink any yesterday and was fine all day. still felt kinda sick last night

i am a habitual user though, i like a coffee in the morning and before i go out. i find myself more sociable after a coffee for some reason so i drink it.

*wonders when they will legalise coca leaves so we can have some nicer stimulants*

edit: had a mj cookie and am feeling sorta sick. i can feel the fact that i want to throw up but the mj makes the nausea feel like i just want to burp. so i take it its probably bad but i cant feel it? or maybe i do just need to burp lol? i should probably stop using mj for a while. ddaaamn

Goood for you angryteabag!!! Baby steps okay? Don't worry too much about what will happen to you. Just keep trying to do at least one healthy lifestyle change in your daily routine. Good luck! And keep munching on that carrot!

fuuuuuuuuuuuck, im pretty much dieing right now and my appointment is on monday. i have another day of feeling like this, i swear im going to die

the feeling of nausea and confusion is slipping into when i my sober, and when i breathe it doesnt feel like im taking in oxygen so i breathe harder. arrgh

If you have any ginger tea available you might find it lowers nausea.

If you start really struggling to breath than that becomes Emergency Department or ambulance time. Hopefully its just a passing thing.

Poor thing! :( It sounds to me like you're manifesting symptoms of chronic anxiety, exacerbated by the stimulant use. MJ could contribute to that feeling as well.

There are a lot of good suggestions here in this post! I might try a few of them myself. ;)

I suggest cutting out the MJ for awhile and perhaps even the coffee. Btw, coffee is nowhere near as bad as the energy drinks, which contain loads of guarana and taurine (it's debated whether or not these substances can contribute to heart attacks or ischemic events aka strokes).

I have sleeping troubles as well r/t anxiety, and I take a Benedryl on occasion and Good Night, Irene!

I hope your appointment goes well...please update when you can!

^Many energy drinks do not have guarana. Re: taurine, I'm not finding any crefible negative health information. The sugars and sodium benzoate are more compelling reasons to avoid energy drinks imo.

im feeling better today, a bit of a stomach bug. maybe my system processed all the toxins.

although im sure if i smoke or drink ill get really sick again

yeah yousound malnurished. the green poo would be a sign of low iron probably protein too. Take a mu.tivitamin and eat fruit veggies and meat. Don't stick to one veg try to get asmany different kinds as possibllle as often as possible.

wtf i started hallucinating last night... i have my appointment in like an hour but wtf...

the docter said that based on the fact that i have nausea she thinks i could have gastritis. - im pretty sure it isnt gastritis, i dont have chronic pain and the only time i feel significantly sick is when i drink alcohol or smoke weed and its not just nausea, i also start shaking, my blood pressure goes up and my body temp drops

but because im feeling headfucked ill get a blood test and shes checking if im b12 deficient. also she is checking my calcium and thyroid and liver

she percribed me some anti-acid type meds called omeprazole to see if it would help for the time being. the side effects looks worse then what i have now, i chuckled when she told them to me

edit: Ive been told to fast for 12 hours before the blood test. im a few hours in and it feels like im tripping again, im getting this strange headfuck sensation.

just did my blood test, how long do you think it will be before i get the results back?

Probably about 5 days or so.

Omeprazole might actually help you, I don't know what side effects you're talking about but the stuff is really innocuous, I mean it's over the counter as "Prilosec OTC"

Mate you should try and get in to the habit of asking your doctor all these types of questions. Like I said, write a list of all the questions you have before you see them and take it with you so you don't forget to ask them anything. I do it all the time!

There's no harm in asking things on here of course, but it's more beneficial to you to ask your doctor directly :)

Let us know how the results go <3

yeah i really should rather then wingeing on an online forum haha

Got my blood test results back today, apparently im extremely healthy. my cholesterol ratio is 3.1 and my liver is nicely functioning.

So maybe the doctor was right in saying i have gastritis? i guess ill take the meds prescribed and find out :) - started taking 20mg of omeprazole
