So, two days ago I rolled for the first time in Over a month. At about 7 I dropped my first of two pills, spaced apart about an hour and my night was great. I had one complaint though, for the first time ever I was still clenching my jaw well into the next day. I'm not saying that I was clenching as hard as I would if I were Rollin but I found that My mouth was hurting a little bit and once I noticed that I the. Noticed that I was actually still clenching! As I said earlier I took my first pill at about 7(pm) and then I took my other at 8. And I was clenching at 4pm the next day..my question is, is it normal to still be clenching even that long after a roll? Thanks in advance guys.

You probably took an MDMA pill with a stimulant, this is pretty normal. The clenches will go away after another day, how as your sleeping been? Im guessing when you can sleep normally you will see these dissipate.

Yes.

Your pill had meth in it, most likely. Try molly or a cleaner pill, and I bet you won't clench much, if at all.

If you don't want to clench, try 100mg magnesium before you drop. I personally don't like magnesium, because I feel like it sort of makes my jaw just hang in an awkward way, but a lot of people use it religiously when rolling.

You can also just will yourself to not clench, or clench less. If you keep it in the back of your mind throughout your roll I think you'll find less pain the next day than if you just chew gum at 100mph the whole night.

Clean rolls don't make a difference, clenching is a side effect of MDMA period. I've had strong *tested* pills with no speed in them and I always get hardcore clenching, usually after I've consumed 150+mg (usually do about 300-350mg over the course of a night when I roll, once every 2-3 months).

Magnesium helps some but if I take too much of the stuff I get a nasty case of the shits, lol. Not so ideal when you're rolling balls.

Gum is a clenchers worst enemy, I don't know why people recommend it while rolling so much. I always end up chewing so much gum so vigorously that my jaw hurts worse afterward as a result.

It keeps you from clenching, usually I'll just put in two pieces of gum and not even bother chewing it, just keep it between my teeth and chew occasionally. I find that bubble gum is a lot softer than most chewing gum. (Trident, Orbit, Stride, etc...) However, if you don't mind letting people know you're rolling, the binky is the only way to go :P

Thanks guys! Helped a lot.

Binky!!!!!!! :) all I gotta say!

Haha I had one of those mouth pieces with the lights in them that you can buy at firework shows (where I live) and I broke one of the led's :(
My main worry about binkies is that my parents aren't dumb (I'm only 17 I still live at home)...they know what they're used for. So I can't get one :(

Solution: Don't roll at home.

It's normal. I always experience serious bruxism during and after my roll. If you take magnesium, it should help. Getting plenty of sleep is best, though.

On the topic of gum, I like to use it to have something to bite down on, otherwise my fillings get damaged. Binkies are fun but they tend to make my front teeth hurt afterwards because they are not really shaped properly for an adult mouth.

Transdermal Magnesium Chloride

Never done it, but I imagine it being the new Vicks once it gets used by an experienced roller who posts a lot.

Magneasy baby!
