Ive read a hella lotta reports of people getting passed off these Methoxy Substituted Amphets as Lucy ? There seems to be A lot more of these compounds the other side of the water because before becoming a member of BL i had never heard of these somewhat 'Novel' chemicals, and cannot find any worthy TR's [There are a few bad trip reports where people have been bumped with these whilst trying to acquire LSD, and also a few comparing to Cid but that's about it ] I myself have not had the chance to indulge in any of the said trips, so was wondering if someone that had could please contemplate creating an effects profile for each, and posting as a reply to this thread ? Sure would help me and I'm sure A lot of the BL community as this is my [and im sure alot of others] only trusted source of accurate information, Peace.

I suggest reading the vaults on all of these chems, including the trip reports there to get a better understanding.

These chemicals are often passed off as LSD as a lot of them are legal (DOC, DOI, DOT, DOET, DOPR, etc) and somewhat easy to get (DOI is really easy to find, however the others arent as easy). Any schmuck could lay some DOI blotters and call it LSD, where as you really need to be "in the know" to get legit LSD.

These chemicals are psychedelic amphetamines, lasting anywhere between 12-30 hours. (DOB lasting the longest, and DOC and DOM [to my knowledge] lasting the shortest). Thats usually the reason most people dont like them. They can be very intense at times, often more intense than a regular LSD trip (YMMV).

Whether or not these chemicals are liked is determined by the user, and the situation. I find myself liking these long lasting chems, although I did not like my surprise DOB trip the first time I had it.

If you enjoy the experience, and know what you're getting beforehand, it can be extremely enjoyable!

I've written several reports on DOC and DOM... my trip reports on Erowid are all here.

I love the DOX family and have had more experiences on them than on LSD, but I obtained them in pure form, rather than being sold them as LSD. DOC is my favorite followed by DOM.

There is actually a lot of information out there on them. Erowid has a lot of good reports on them (and some bad ones too of course). If you go to the trip reports database search page you can search for specific substance reports.

They do last a LONG time, longer than LSD, so be aware. I love the long duration of DOC especially because DOC after the peak for me transforms into a really wonderful state of euphoria and inspiration.

I a big fan of DOX's i've only tried DOI and DOM but both were amazing i'd love to try DOC but I have yet to find a legit source. I've only tried DOM once but I have tried DOI at least 10 times and it's one of my favourite drugs and in my opinion it's better than LSD (but very few people will agree with me on this)

I think the problem is people keep comparing them to LSD, yes they are similar to some aspects of LSD but they have so many other aspects that make them great drugs in their own right not just as an LSD replacement. The long duration seems to put people off but personally I love long trips. In my experience DOI lasts about 18-24 hours and DOM lasts around 12-14 hours but I found it possible to sleep about 6-7 hours after ingesting DOM where as sleep is hard on DOI until 16-18 hours after ingestion.

I'd love to try a few of the more obsucre DOX's like DOET and DOPR.

The DOx family is not my bag. Although the first time i tried em was being passed off for lsd so there might be a bit of bias. Just not an intense enough trip for me, i could see alot of ppl liking it tho in rave scenes just for the slight enhancement of visuals without being too fucked up. But in that sense why not take a hit of acid?

^^ If you take a full dose of a DOX it's a whole lot more than that.

I think there would be more DOI and DOC placed on blotters then DOM, simple because with DOM you need 10mg for a full spectrum high unlike DOC and DOI's 2 to 4 mg witch is easier to put onto blotters.

I love DOC & DOM also; what I don't like is not having the confidence that when you buy blotters you have that "I wonder if it's LSD head trip"

when my friend and i accidently took a dox thinking it was lsd she described it perfectly to me, "like candyflipping on pcp", we were so much more fucked than whenever we drop L, we took 2 of them too.

erowid now has trip reports for just about all cems on their site , i could remember i few of my dob trips but i have to relive it and sum of them i have no memory of . i can remember my first seccond and 10th and 25th time relly well cause crazy shit happened to me and a bunch of ppl

I am now very excited to trial these SA's from what other users have commented, I am a big fan of intense and long duration trips; is there any reported nausea from any of the DOx series? I was usually able to easily turn that energy into creative energy for making music, which is one of the main things I look for in a psychedelic, it's ability to stimulate my creative abilities. DOI was probably one of my all time favorites for augmenting creative flow, that is during the first 6-8 hours, as it tapers off I just felt sort of burnt out and needing copious amount of weed to feel settled. But I guess you can really only rev your brain for so many hours straight anyhow before it gets a little overheated...

Thanks for your answers, I found all of them extremely helpfull In reply to Catfish River's post; I love base, and I also love the creative nature of most psychedelics, me and my girlfriend are both very into our art, the 'trippier' the better HeHe. Like yourself I am also into music production, but due to my visual static can no longer handle staring at screens for long periods of time, I only come on the laptop to post on BL As for nausea on the come up, I can handle this and put it off for quite some time, I just hate when it drags on throughout my trip [2CE, MDMA] Although I had no nausea on the come up of 2CE, I ate a whole box of Crunchy Nut Clusters before it kicked which is probably something to do with it What, i was stoned... [I didnt know this to be a bad idea at the time] Rofl, Peace
