What would happen if drugs were legalised to our celebrity community?
I know this may seem like a joke thread after MazDanz three part legalisation of drugs threads.
But it's not, I don't really care much for celebrities, but it's nearly every week the news is swamped with "such n such" was caught doing "blah blah" and even though they are scrutinized for being drunk in public, but they are torn to shreads if drugs are involved.
If the legalisation of drugs happened, celebrity's would be free to go about their business which I think would reduce their stress, because even though everyone gets worried about getting caught, celebrity's are constantly watched and can really suffer for it.
If it became socially acceptable to take drugs recreationally as long as they're not abused then the views from the public would be quick to follow, I think if drugs were legalised the way celebrities approach the issue would have a great impact on the views of the public.
I also want to know what would happen to our athlete celebrities. What laws do you think should/would be in place for drug use whilst being a professional athlete. I think they should have a zero tolleracne for all uppers, anything that can give them a buzz to work out extra hard or play under the influence hardly seems fair. But for things such as cannabis and mushies I think they should have every right to, provided it doesn't give them any advantage when they play.
