So... If I went to my doc and told him I was having trouble concentrating and daydreaming all the time, trouble staying on task (which is true), along with the fact I had bad anxiety, do you think I could get prescribed Adderall? What if I suggest something like Concerta... will that make me feel good too? Or shouldn't I even bother?

Just be honest with your doctor. Give their ideas a try (I mean a real try), and if it isn't going in the direction you want, or you're not getting the results youd like, then find another doctor.

^Exactly, just be honest.

We can't tell you what to say to your doctor to score drugs, it's against the forum rules.

The whole idea of scoring drugs from your doc seems like a total jerk move.

Are you stoned when you attempt this? Do you train in front of the mirror trice daily? Are you an acclaimed thespian?

Tell me, I'd like to know too.

The best thing to do is just talk with your doctor and let them know the things that are going on with you. However, I wouldn't recommend suggesting different drugs to your doctor, rather let them make a suggestion and give it a go. Perhaps you'll end up with something that will work well for you, even if it wasn't what you would have suggest.

People just looking to go to a doctor for a specific drug are going to have a fairly tough time, but if you go genuinely wanting the help of the doctor, they are usually very understanding and willing to explore different options over time if one thing isn't working.

I know what a bitch anxiety can be, so best of luck with everything, and I hope you start feeling better.

As others have said, BL isn't here to tell you what to say to your doctor to get drugs. It's against the rules, so don't expect any replies like that.

I agree with the honesty, go to him and tell him about your issues and you aren't sure what to do about them. He may suggest other things first, but sometimes it takes a few different things not working until your doctor trusts you with something as addictive as adderall...I know this from experience with benzos.
