Alright I'm pretty sure of this but this is something that I want very close to 100% assurance.
in TiHKAL by Shulgin, in his Synthesis method of LSD he says "2.5 N H2SO4" and other such things now my ASSUMPTION is that 2.5 N means 2.5 Molar. Of course assuming makes an ass out of U and ME. well really just me in this case. It fits the context of everything perfectly, but I've been doing work in the chem field for a while, I'm actually a Chem major and I've never seen molar abbreviated as N.
Am I going nuts here? Perhaps I'm being a retard and overlooking something simple?
If somebody can confirm my thoughts or give me a better thought to this I'd much appreciate it, because there's no way I'm just going to assume that it means molar and go ahead with it, sulfuric acid is nothing to play around with.
Thanks,
Cybion
