vendor review sites?

i remember there being an address for *a vendor review site* where one could search ratings on various suppliers. however, i haven't been able to find it recently. i know this was open to nonmembers.

i'm not fishing for an invitation, just an addy to check up on suppliers.

hmmm......maybe we could set up some sort of irc chat or mass email system so that we can communicate to others the legit RC vendors out there. Anyone interested in setting up something like that?
