Benzo's after Cocaine use (Need a QUICK answer).

I started drinking around 10pm and finished around 12am. Around 1am I did 2 lines of coke, and another 2 lines around 2:30-3:00am. I now can't sleep and was wondering if it would be ok to take 30mg of Temazepam (Fairly weak dose due to my tolerance, but it will help me sleep). I looked up Cocaine's half-life and it's one hour, so I should be in the clear by now, but I also consumed Alcohol earlier and that's worrying me. I think I also might have heard that Alcohol's half-life is around 1 hour also, but I could be wrong.

TL;DR: I want to know if it's ok to take 30mg of Temazepam under the circumstances mentioned above.

You should be fine. Benzos and alcohol don't mix well in larger amounts but if you're not drunk enough to pass out, 30mg of temazepam is safe.

You should be fine... coke comedown sucks.... benzos are a must.

Cocaine + Alcohol = cocaethylene which takes longer to be eliminated from the body which is probably why you can't sleep.

I've done coke + booze a few times and then finished out the night/morning with a few tabs of xanax and it definitely takes the edge off, so yea I'd recommend it (as long as you don't overdo it).

This is old now but...yes. It's fine (generally) to take a benzo for an (most any) upper comedown. It's the preferred act, really - if you want to get any rest/sanity.

Yes it does give you back your sanity for fucks sake...coke makes me feel like im about to go mental any second sometimes wen i do it....fucking love/hate feelings toward that drug its scary if u dont have comedown pills...
