Adderall comedown advice?

ightt, well around about 10:10 i popped 50 mg of adderall and then at around 1:45-2:15 i blew 20 mg the 50 mg kicked in around 11:00 and i think the 20 kicked in like around 2:20 so i was wondering how bad is this comedown gonna be?
My backround with comedowns were never really bad? like ive sniffed lines of coke all night and i would wake up with just a lil headache and a lil body ache that i could just shrug off.
I have done plenty of e and the only real horrible comedown problems i got off that was major depression. im wondering how bad an adderall comedown can really be? like all i have really gotten off of an adderall comedown was a headache that would go away with some tylenol.
I plan on taking about 175 mg of Diphenhydramine to add a lil kick to the high?
does that sound safe?

Orange Juice will help restore the depleted dopamine faster. Or you could do some benzo's, and sleep it off.
 
Diphen? Nah, don't take it. There will be NO 'kick' to 175mg of that shiiite. If you want to take a substance - take a low dose benzo to help you sleep. If you find that the amount you took gives you what you think is a bad comedown and doesn't allow for sleep, make sure to take less next time ;)
 
175mg of benadryl is too much in my opinion, 70mgs of Adderall would be enough to keep me up for the night and a good part of the next day. If you find the comedown to be bothersome I'd suggest benzos, or ambien but not benadryl, there's not much that's available OTC that helps with amphetamine comedowns.
 
benzo's are good but if you still need to be awake. Like you did it to stay up all night and have to work the next day then I'd say 25mg of hydrocodone would be better.
 
I'd have to agree. 2 glasses of oj will help wit c/d but if u gotta stay up I find anything acidic of course will burn the addy out faster. Benzo is perfect for c/d I always pop a Xanax or 2 after a addy binge. Eases c/d n puts u out. N I agree opiates will b your best bet if u need to stay awake next day after. But sumthin like percocet or hydro. I find opioids like fenton n opana make u more tired n noddy percs always kept me awake. Good luck.

I'm prescribed amphetamines, I take them normally...
It was rough at first of course, I really didn't like it at all.

Now, I take my dose, I don't "Crash" I really don't get rebound anymore, i go to sleep peacefully and the meds work exactly like they're supposed to.

For my ADHD, it's largely on me, they're a tool.. They just help me stay consistent, not bounce around, keep my mind quiet, help me concetrate/focus.

They're a godsend, I can sleep if i want. My blood pressure stays at about 120/80 a bit higher sometimes (Never over 125/82)

If you take amps recreationally, well i don't know what to tell you, but ya can't worry or cry about the crash as that goes with any drug.

Take them as prescribed.

wtf? Benzos help with going to sleep...not staying up

Take enough and ull pass out if your trying to sleep.

Wake up, and drink some OJ and excercise and ull feel better.

But yeah, I have to admit that if you dont have a tolerance for hydrocodone and you can get ahold of it, id suggest 25mg, ull feel alot better.

Just dont pop 2 much.
 
I find that the comedown itself will knock you out, it's not too bad at all, even after poping a 20-30mgs an hour for 24 hours straight the comedown is just so powerfully tiring that it knocks me out cold. I get these twitches here and there when I lay down for sleep and sometimes the mind wants to keep rolling, just let it roll, go with it, you'll be asleep quick. Yeah a benzo wouldn't be a bad idea either as long as your not using them too much.
 
As Soap MacTavish said, just go with it. You'll eventually fall asleep. Two days ago I took 240mg throughout the day and a couple hours after snorting the last 30mg I just fell asleep and woke up 8 hours later. The following day I woke up sort of irritated and moody but nothing much more than that. However, I'm prescribed them daily so being able to handle it may be easier for me.

Benzodiazepines can help you sleep if needed due to the racing thoughts that you possibly experience. I actually find them more helpful for the following day to help my moodiness.
 
I find alcohol is great for combating a addy comedown, if you cant get ahold of any benzos (dont mix them....)

I took 60mg today and am coming down and enjoying a few drinks with some OJ and im feeling fine :)

Just rememember to get sleep, and DO NOT binge if you stay up all night. Oh god how horrible you will feel the day after.....
 
as a few people have already said the comedown is not bad at all, jsut lay down and youll sleep it off. If you really want something just take the obvious answers like a low dose benzo, ambien, or seroquel. Hell even a tylenol PM would probably work for something like that
 
drinking alcohol is a disgusting TOOL for an amphetamine crash, first off your piss poor miserable when u crash, and to top if off drinking alcohol u think it will calm ya down? HELL NO it will make ur moods worse and more of an emotional wreck, in my experience, and many people i know...yuck

I agree. Alcohol kind of drags on the negative effects of amphetamine and never completely diminishes it. I can never have a peaceful comedown from amphetamines when it comes to alcohol, I'd rather just comedown with no substance.
 
Depending on ROA and tolerance addy can have a crash that feels like god is taking a wet shit on your soul. Klonopin or xanax is great. Maybe take a bayer with orange juice ,, Screw around and addy can be a terrifying, damaging comedown. A few times I was sure I was dying of heart failure after my pulse felt like a steady vibration.
