suboxone help needed... how long till i can take opiates???

i have been on suboxone for a week now 2 mg-0.5 mg's4 times a day. i sprained my ankle and am wanting to take some pain killers to relieve my pain...i have a couple of 80 mg ocxy's and i need to know how long its going to take until i will be able to feel the pain killers my last dose of suboxone was today around noon.i really don;t want to wast my ocxy's. if anyone out there can give me some advice i would really appreciate the help. i need to know ASAP so thanks

I usually go after 12 hours with low dosages. If you take it at +12, and the oxy doesn't kick in until +3 you'll still feel something. Also, you've got a bunch of 80's, which should be able to break through the relatively low dosages that would remain.

I can break through ~6mg of sub after 12 hours with good heroin.

Ask yourself logically how that could happen after a week and not a day, and you'll see why it's not going to effect you at really low dosages, even after a week

Your dose is so low you'll be fine after 12 hours no doubt, have fun. And if your taking the oxy for pain your good either way, bupe doesn't effect analgesia of painkillers much, just the other "good" side effects, like the high.

NOt only bupe but suboxone has additional fillers that block opiates from attaching to your receptors.... i would say wait untill you feel the suboxone wear off... i would give it a good 24 hours as to not waste your pills...... I mean youll feel something if you do the OXY's now but it will be worth it to wait.... trust what people are saying weve all been there, at least i have and its better to wait and get that FULL ON RUSH AND AWESOMENESS than to be un-patient and waste a high.

Just be warned...12 hours may not be enough. You may not get the full effects. Even if you were only on them for a week. I would always lean toward 24 hours just to be sure but it looks as if you had already made up your mind before you asked the question.
