A teenager who'd been sent shopping by his mum came back after downing mind-bending LSD tablets convinced he was a tiger.

The 18-year-old - from Horchst, Germany - kept hospital staff at bay for five hours, hissing, clawing and walking on all fours before the effects of the hallucinogenic drugs had worn off, say police.

Wonder if it's true, I don't think it would take the hospital staff 5 hours to strap the lad down and hit him with some anitpsychotics

I bet he was having an awesome time too.. haha, it's not like he would have been in any danger it seems. Until the paramedics got to him.

If he actually completed the shopping and brought home the items, what's the trouble?

Was that right after she told you about the mythological pusher, the dude that magically pops up in a playground, shows all the little kids the assortment of various drugs in his trenchcoat, and gives them out for free to get them hooked?
 
Once, a long time ago, I was with a friend on the BART train from Berkeley to San Francisco and we began peaking reasonably heavily on LSD. I got down on all fours and pretended I was a dog, sniffing my friend's shoes and pretending to pee on him. Mostly because it was making both of us laugh heartily. If the authorities had gotten involved, however, I would have been able to regain composure. Then again, this kid might have been on a much stronger dose.

I am thinking of starting a new club: Let's revert to our primal, animal selves while tripping in public (or LROPASWTIP).
Anyone want to join?
