Quick question...

When was the last time you took MDMA? If I'm correct AdvilPM has DXM in it which is HORRIBLE to mix with Ecstasy and can cause Serotonin Syndrome. If it's been three days I say go for it, but if it hasn't then just take a benzo, that will help you sleep for sure.

I took it Saturday but the panic attack didn't happen tell Sunday morning.

How about actually STATING the quick question in the subject line of your thread? Or at least giving people some kind of clue what your thread is about?

"Quick question" is about as useless as they come. One day someone is going to be looking for the exact same info you're discussing here, but because they did a search for thread titles they never found your thread.

Maybe one day that guy desperate for answers will be YOU, but because someone named their thread "need some help here..." you never found what you were looking for.

And you slumped over dead, falling on the floor and knocking a small aquarium to the ground, and killing an innocent goldfish.

Did "Goldie" really need to die? That poor little fish made it through some tough times, nearly getting sucked into water purifier when it was in a larger tank at the pet store, and lets not forget the time he was almost eaten by a small tiger shark, only to narrowly escape by darting into the little plastic castle at the bottom of the aquarium.

It was that moment you knew Goldie was a survivor, a fish to be reckoned with, and you could almost swear he winked at you the moment that Tiger shark slammed his nose into the glass.

That's why you took him home and made sure he led a carefree, happy life from that moment forward. Goldie earned it and that little fish reminded you that, despite overwhelming odds, everyone can make it in this world.

And now he's dead, a hapless victim of your inability to simply give your thread a proper name. Please, for the sake of all the other Goldies out there, GIVE YOUR THREADS A PROPER NAME!

^ that was the most usless post I've ever seen lol. Faggot get the fuck out of my thread If you don't have anything to say don't post i'm going through enough I don't need your bitch ass I here trying to "teach me" and I doubt someone will ask this question lol it's random and out there..

You should be fine to take an Advil PM, I'm assuming your taking it for the sedating effects of the diphenhydramine..?

What you really need to deal with is your panic attack. A panic attack is just your flight or fight response and the physical symptoms are your body preparing to 'fight or flight' - hence your heart beats faster to pump more oxygen into your muscles, you breath faster etc. It becomes problematic when there isn't actually anything to fight or run away from, so the adrenaline you've produced does not get used up, and sits in your system making you much more anxious than usual. Adrenaline takes 10 days to be eliminated from your body. The best thing way to speed up this process is to burn off that adrenaline through exercise.

Also, the good thing about panic attacks is that they are very very manageable. Work on your breathing (do this all the time at first so it becomes a habit), slowing your breaths down so it's 3 seconds in, 3 seconds out. Breath from your tummy, not your chest. Breathing through your chest will give you chest pains and just contribute to anxiety when you think that means you're having a heart attack. The hardest thing about panic attacks in convincing yourself that that's all they are, and that they're absolutely harmless.

It's important to deal with your anxiety symptoms now because they'll feed on themselves - the more scared you are of having another panic attack, the more likely it is you'll have another one, because you're anxiety is being kept at a high level. I had my first panic attack off a dose of mushies and it turned into a full blown panic disorder. Like you I was scared to take anything (even to the point I'd trip out someone had replaced the mushrooms on my pizza with magic mushies). Now I've dealt with my anxiety and I'm much more in control of it than ever before.

Thanks for the advice I just don't Wanna put my heart under anymore stress or my body for that reason and yea I am taking it to be sedated :) I just am afraid there is drugs in my body still of somehow it will effect me negitivly.

Something "cool" to keep in mind is that although you still feel shitty, MDMA is typically out of your system after 3 days. Adderall in 4 MAX.

Even if you feel bad after that point, it should be safe to medicate again.
Sorry you're feeling this way man. And sorry I didn't see your post sooner that night

It's ok alterntive if there was one good thing that came out if this it was that I'm goin to rehab and done with drugs. I can't get to melatonin :( in my mom's room ugh. Does anoyne know If L-theanine works for a sleep aid?

Your heart will be fine unless you had pre existing damage - a panic attack wont actually damage the heart on its own.
L-theanine is meant to be sedating but I've never used it myself.
Sometimes these things can be a blessing in disguise if they really make you step back and take stock of where you're at; good luck at rehab.
