Here or there.
I do drugs all the time and only once have I puked; happened on Suboxone.

I do Tramadol a lot, (350mg), more than other drugs and today, for some odd reason, I threw up on it. Why? I've never felt sick before on it but before I threw up I got pretty shaky, hot, sick to my stomach, and started to sweat a lot.

Should I be worried at all? Also, I have been eating, and sleeping, very little lately for like the past week, could that be why I threw up on Tramadol? Is it normal to throw up on it? Just a bit freaked out and pissed since I almost threw up in my friends car.

More like completely horrible.
That cold sweats, shaking, throwing up can get scary.
Especially when you can't breathe and start aspirating that shit.

Too much and maybe a very empty stomach. I have been nauseated on tram and find if I lay down for 15 to 20 minutes it goes away. Also doesn't hurt to eat something, even a pack of crackers can help.

Yeah, it was pretty shitty. Honestly, I thought something was seriously wrong with me considering how bad I felt haha. Feel fine now. Thanks for the advice people.

Also, weird questions, but, would chewing trams and then letting them sit under my tongue be effective in any way?

evil evil drug , my brother did that once ([puked and bad stomach ) and never touched it again

be careful
you mentioned how you are not sleeping well
and not eating well
those both lower ones seizure threshold
on top of that so does tramadol

so you may pitch a fit, i was dumb and kept eating them
i had a real violent grand mal seizure on 250 mg of tramadol and some bong hits,
all the sudden i am told i got up, people thought i was playing with the pets, i kinda pumped my arms a few times and went running into the wall head first
and hit a gibson SG guitar and fell to the floor and did the foaming and flailing shit

thankfully the tongue grows back
be thankful all you did was throw up, cuz this chick i know with epilepsy told me once your brain has a seizure it kinda learns how to do it , then your more at risk for pitching another fit,

Trams taste very very very bad.
I don't know how you could do it without wanting to throw up.
If you want it to hit you faster you could always try parachuting them.
Crush and put in a thin layer of tissue and swallow.

P.S. Seizures on Tramadol are actually rare. Usually if you stay under 400mg you will be alright. However if you have ever had a seizure I would not suggest taking Tramadol.

I recently stopped taking trams last month, I was taking like 20 a day,. sometimes 8 or 9 at once, right now I'm snawtin on subs, (getting pretty Hizigh too) but back to the point I never threw up or had a seizure on the tram ride, I did however get sweaty sometimes and a little shaky but I liked taking them for that up feeling it gave me and it passed pretty quickly hope it wasn't serotonin syndrome, anyways yeah be careful on the tram man.

I have always been quite prone to vomiting on tramadol (as well as codeine, though I dose codeine at 270-390mg and tramadol at 300-800mg), not necessarily at very high doses either - and with other opioids, nausea is said to be common. I don't really mind vomiting that much, since when on opioids I find that it doesn't burn at all - it tastes/feels like the opposite of drinking, or some shit like that. Makes you sweat all over, but is way more pleasant than vomiting generally is.

Also, moving around a lot can trigger nausea easily. Sit or lie down and you won't puke nearly as easily. Stomach contents can also have an effect, obviously.
