There's many different pills at the healthfood store claimin to help you relex.
I've heard of Valerian, passion flower & a few others but I'm assuming Kava is the most effective. Is this Correct?
I think they only come in pills where I live. What is a good % of kavalactones I should be looking for in the product & should I just follow the intructions on the bottle or is it safe to take a few more?
Or is it just not worth it because if it's only efective as taking 5-10mg Valium I wont even bother cuz the stuff is like $40 a bottle.
(Don't want mention of DHC, Codeine or DXM cuz I'm already aware of these pruducts)
