So my dad recently had surgery and is now on Lisinopril

All I know is it's a pretty hefty high blood pressure medication. They told me he was having hernia surgery.. I think they are lying. He has never had issues with blood pressure before.. also this surgery was very "hush hush".. nobody was to know about it.. which I found quite strange for just a hernia surgery. What to you know about Lisinopril. Any information would be greatly appretiated, I am super worried about my dad..

There were also bottles of other high blood pressure medications but the description of this one worried me this most. Thanks in advance.

I take it for high blood pressure. I don't have any problems with it.
