First time I'll be doing LSD

So in a couple of weeks I'm doing acid for my first time. I know this question has been asked tons of times in hundreds of different internet forums, but what should I expect? I've smoked marijuana copiously, eaten mushrooms, smoked salvia (a very weird experience), and have taken MDMA before, so I'm not exactly new to the world of drugs. I was just wondering, on one hit, what will the effects I feel be? I know that drug experiences are very subjective, that's why I'm asking for a very general description of the effects you felt.
Also, I'll be doing one hit. I know that there isn't a set LSD dosage that all chemists adhere to, but what do you think I'll be feeling off of this dosage?

just relax with it and remember that theres nothing to worry about, as long as you dont mind possibly having a difficult trip
just remember that if the acids any decent your gonna have a nice long trip, and that its just a trip, something beautiful that can do so much, so embrace it and try to make the best out of it
if youve done salvia and came out of that trip fine then doing the same thing with acid sounds too easy
and if i were you i wouldnt try to figure out hows it gonna be, cause then youll just have expectations
just let the acid flow through you and show you what it wants you to see, so your first time can be unforgettable

With one hit, you'll likely have an experience very similar to mushies except with a more upbeat feel to it. The feeling's a little different and it'll last quite a while longer. If its good shit, you'll get good visuals, and will get a vastly different mindscape. If however its average/poor stuff then one hit will get you buzzed a bit and relaxed, it will give you a bit of psychedelia but nothing really like a full blown trip.

Don't expect anything exact, go into the experience with an open mind and be prepared for whatever you may feel.

remember how unexplainable the feeling of tripping from shrooms was - it is similar to that - very hard to put into words - you know, it might take up a whole series of books.. i find LSD and mushrooms to be very similar - some people would agree that shrooms are more cloudy and confusing while on acid you can still do normal things more so.. acid lasts a bit longer than mushies - 12 hours - and you have much less sickness on the come up.. both things have been equally wonderful experiences for me - i have had a lot more acid than shrooms partly because i prefer acid most of the time..
