Depends on the person (age, weight, level of fitness).

Generally, you don't want it above 130-140 for too long, but actually a high heart rate in itself is not an issue. If combined with symptoms like shortness of breath and/or chest pain, then you should seek help as soon as you can.

im 31, weigh about 160 and i am about 5'10. work out a little. i was having shortness of breath but the xanax seemed to cure that. feeling a little more relaxed but the heart is still pumped pretty hard. maybe some porn would help :p:p:p

Don't look up bad cociane stories either. It will freak you out and it will make it worse. Either go to the ER or don't... Hopefully the Xanax should calm you down. This same thing happened to me, minus the xanax I completely flipped out stayed at home and never touched coke again.

wait till you've been up for 4 days doing coke nonstop, till the point your nose is so clogged you can't snort anymore so you start cooking up.... it'll definitely make you not wanna touch the stuff anymore

I would just try not to worry about it and enjoy your trip. But if you really think something is wrong I suggest you go the ER.

Good Luck :)

obviously when facing a heart attack the natural thing to do would be to start a whole nother drug all together, learn to control yourself maybe you wont end up scared shitless, who wants to die getting high anyway thats counterproductive

correct about not looking up bad cocaine stories. i think that is what made me sweat it. all good now. xanax is king

Harm reduction? Come on, "when facing a heart attack the natural thing to do would be to start a whole nother drug all togather." One of the more rediculious things I've read here. If your doing enough drugs to cause a heart attack the proper thing to do, in my opinion, would be to stop drugs all together, not start a new drug. Sometimes the posts on here really make me cringe.

The best advice I could personally offer is to seek medical help if you feel you heart is beating too fast, doing more drugs could be detrimental to your current condition.

I want to say sarcasm is lost on the stupid but my spiritual advisory made me promise not to be mean to greenlighters.

Thank god for Alprazolam.

I never do any uppers without it. I am a pretty anxious/paranoid person by nature, so even minor palpitations can freak me out and my precious Alprazolam is my "ABORT MISSION" plan

thinking about it will only make matters worse.
try doing something to get your mind off of it next time.

but then again, don't do so much next time.
if you're having problems controlling yourself, it may be time to seek help.
