So which prescription drugs does tagament potentiate?

It's best known for amphetamines
However doing so, may easily result in amphetamine toxicity

AFAIK it inhibits the CYP2D6 enzyme causing a longer duration of opiates. As far as benzos I believe its the CYP254. I'd double check that though...

You're correct my friend, aside from CYP254.

CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP2E1, and CYP3A4

i go medium tolerance to hydrocodone and high tolerance to alprazolam
i havent had adderal in about 3 monhs but my tolerance for a while was abive average

I have to agree, I played around with trying to potentiate my opiates because my tolerance has gone through the roof. I was so determined to get high again and enjoy my opiates I tried all kinds of stuff I read about here, not to mention adding whatever prescription meds I had laying around that seemed like a good possibility (muscle relaxants, etc).

The results? I never really got the high I was after and I made myself really, really sick on a few occasions. Not just tummy ache sick, closer to "uh oh I think I went to far and it feels like my body is shutting down" kind of sick.

Not advisable.

If you're at the point where you feel the need to potentiate, I'd recommend either being more creative with the drug you want to potentiate (like try higher doses or alternate ROA) or try a completely different drug.

But mixing stuff... We all know it's generally bad news.
