6mg Hydromorphone

^Yeah, it should at least get you high, especially from railing 6 mg on your first time. I find hydromorphone to be pretty good but fairly lacking in the euphoria department except when IVed, and even then I think it's a bit lacking in terms of euphoria. But it should definitly get you high, I've always found it to be quite strong. When I had less of a tolerance I found it better then I do now as well.

Ben- do you remember what the imprint on the pills were and what they looked like? It's always good to search the pill imprint of any pill you buy on the streets online. I got sold all kinds of fucked up stuff as opiates when I was just getting into them. Anti-biotics, blood thinners, anti-nausea meds, you name it. Don't trust drug dealers, not that all of them are untrustworthy, it's just best to be careful.
 
Yeah, I can't see how these pills were anything but fake, or maybe extremely old and no longer effective (went bad). I could not have imagined snorting 6mg when I was opiate-naive and saying I felt nothing. Even if I snort 6mg NOW, after 2 1/2 years of shooting up to 35mg a day, I would feel something off 6mg insufflated.

No chance 4mg snorted hydromorphone is going to OD someone, sorry just not happening. He barely felt 6mg... snorted hydromorphone sucks. IV/IM or trade up, not that I'm encouraging IV drug use... :\

I was referring to IV use. Snorted or Oral Dilaudid has low bioavailability, so of course it is not going to be near as effective as IV administration. 4 mgs IV dilaudid is equivalent to almost 30mgs of Morphine. When I give 10mgs of Morphine to a Pt they usually start to nod, especially with added Phenergan. 30mgs would most definitely put someone with little to no tolerance at risk for respiratory depression and/or arrest.
 
^ Ok but he obviously wasn't talking about IV use, neither was anyone else, he was specifically asking how to administer besides IV/IM...
 
Is hydromorphone a lot stronger than hyrdocodone? I'm assuming it is since some are saying that 6mg is a lot, when 6mg of hydro would never be considered a lot from what I know. Just wondering, because I've heard of hydromorphone but don't really know what it is in comparison.
 
To OP: snort a quarter (1/4) or an eighth (1/8 ) of the 6mg pill. It's always best to test the waters before diving in.

Considering hydromorphone is roughly 3-6x stronger than heroin (by weight) i'd say so :)

I've made the mistake of feeding this troll before not recognizing it for what it is.
Apparently it has a voracious appetite as it keeps coming back for more though.

On the bright side it appears to be getting recognized a bit more for what it is.
Hopefully like other creatures of the dark being brought out into the light will cause it to wither away. ;)

Based on the way you type, spelling mistakes, slurred speech and overall attitude towards all this I'd guess you're a fairly reckless type with a warped sense of priorities who will most likely only learn through experience.

Bad, stupid experiences.

So go ahead, knock yourself out, snort 6mg and play strip poker and make sure to post a trip report!
 
Im not surprised your let down hydromorphone isnt a very great high at all unless its IV'd. Its very mellow. Oxycodone would probably be much more what your looking for as far as the high goes, it feels much better than d's do.
