I've had 130mg of Tramadol sitting in my room for a very long time, I just never thought of taking it untill now.

Firstly, would 130mg even do anything? Also, would taking an Ativan beforehand help with the seizure side effects? Would the Ativan add to the high?

Thanks in advanced :)

If you have a Mostly Low tolerance to opiates.(80 mg codiene still gets you a buzz) Then that should be str8

I need around 200mg of Codeine to get a buzz, but i only use it extremely rarely (couple time a year).

Depends on your size, opioid tolerance, general drug tolerance, and whether it's sustained or instant release. Some people might feel a nice buzz from 130mg; others would barely feel a thing. Personally I might notice pain or hangover symptoms going away from 130mg, but nothing recreational - recreation is from 400mg and up for me, even with no tolerance at all.

Ativan will most definitely add to the high - there should be very nice synergy - and decrease the chance of seizure, although with 130mg that's not a very large risk.

It might. Some people get high off of it, others don't. Try it.
Do you have an opiate tolerance?
Have you had a seizure before?
If you want to be safe you can take some ativan.
If will just make you more sleepy...aka noddy.

I would take 1-2mg Ativa no matter what since these aren't large, dangerous amounts by any stretch. You can later redose with another 1-2mg, but without the Ativan I really doubt you'll be getting much bang for your buck.

Small amounts of alcohol may also boost the effects of both drugs, but since there are now 3 CNS depressants in play, play it safe - the dosages aren't ridiculous, but still: tramadol, lorazepam, alcohol.
