Aniracetam before mdxx?

Finding it hard to find much info on aniracetam and the md family or mcat.

Most of whats out there is on piracetam and although aniracetam is an analog i think its alot different.

My question is really has anyone compared effects when taking aniracetam(i normally take 1.5g) before taking other substances like m1, mbdb, mephedrone etc and mdma?

and if so? what timing would they advise or think works best?

at the moment if i drink a coffee within a couple of hours of taking aniracetam i will feel like ive just done a few lines of speed... buzzing^^ but im yet to take any illicits yet. So im tempted to take the aniracetam a few hours before I drop anything.

My best guess is that is would STRONGLY potentiate it. For me, Piracetam potentiates MDMA about 2-3 times. If aniracetam works in a similar manner, it will probably have an equal or greater effect.

Should you chose to do this, start off with a smaller than usual dosage of the MDxx, and see where you go. Don't forget to write us a trip report ;)
 
Piracetam is a strong potentiator...works well before MDMA and indeed, anything else such as Caffeine or Korean Ginseng.
 
It'll probably be more intense than preloading with piracetam. Piracetam and aniracetam bind to different sites on the AMPA receptor, but piracetam's binding to it doesn't seem to make much of a difference (so it could be that piracetam isn't actually much of an ampakine and its effects are mediated through NMDA or some other system altogether), whereas aniracetam looks to be way more effective at modulating AMPA. Ani has a short half-life, though, around 2-3 hours, compared to piracetam's 4-5 hours.

Agreed. The better racetam will probably have better effects. I can say that with piracetam every substance i've done is fucking amazing. Have yet to try it with MDMA, but i've tried it with a few other things at this point and I can't express in words how remarkable the stuff is.
 
ended up taking the aniracetam 5 hours before dropping.

I dont think it had any effect at all:( bit dissapointing

I usually take piracetam for every day for a few days before rolling. It works better that way. I would imagine it would be the same deal with aniracetam.

For me, piracetam works really well when pre-loading before taking MDMA. I would highly recommend it if you like MDMA. :)

has something to do with it. Maybe take it for a few days and then make sure you drop some about half an hour before you roll?

Levictus, I recently got some piracetam =) As soon as i get some mdma i intend on giving it a shot ^^ I'm excited!!
 
I had been taking it each day before hand for 3 days.

but yeah i think I will try taking it about an hour before i drop illicits next time.

I think it did ease the comedown though... although i dont really get comedowns from mdma unless i go on a major binge or smoke lots of weed after i get home
