Two quick questions regarding Benzo's and Weed.

Alright, my first question is this:

What does mixing benzo's do? Lets say I took 15mg Oxazepam, waited 20 minutes then took 1 mg Ativan sub-lingually. Would the effects be no different from taking them alone or would there be different effects?

Also, mixing Benzo's with weed. If I took 2mg Ativan and smoked a joint would there be any interactions I should look out for? Is it safe to mix the two or could it be potentially dangerous?
Also, what effects could I expect mixing 2mg Ativan and a 0.5 gram joint? Extra sedation? Release of Anxiety? What would be different?

mixing two benzos does not multiply their effects. it is just the effects of benzo A + the effects of benzo B.

mixing benzos and weed feels nice. benzos will make you less high on weed, but more fucked up overall. they do a good job of getting rid of the paranoia-esque discomfort that can come with being really stoned.

You have to be careful because it is real easy to over shoot and fall sleep or blackout completely.

I would say it is pretty safe to mix weed. Although I would personally take the pills and wait a good hour before I decided to smoke. You may not even need the weed. I can't see it doing anything than extra sedation and/or increase the likelihood of falling asleep which personally I feel is just a waste of a high but it depends on the effect that you are looking for.

Why wait an hour? I'm trying to get the high of both drugs, not just one.

Well personally I add weed to my pills (not benzos) and often find myself "too high", where it is not quite fun anymore cause I can't even function.
I was hoping maybe to spare you that, but whatever.
