i finally bought acid!

that sounds like a good plan.. you don't need factors that introduce paranoia.. because it does happen like on weed..
i want your first time to be perfect too - in the sunlight on a bed of rose petals with some drunk homeless guy.. ;) <3

i actually dont know him that good. but hes famous for being the only guy with lsd around here. he doesnt have a cellphone(yea i know wtf) so i wont be able to get anymore from him this summer. but i have friends who know where i can get some more from if i ever want any. and ill be sure to tell how my trip went on monday.



and 1 more question. will acid really change my life? cuz the main reason im doing this is for introspective reasons and a sort of "mental cleanup"...plus the fun=D.

I completely disagree.


The first time i ever tripped i went to school that evening for the spring musical, since i was on stage crew through HS. Nobody suspected anything, not even my parents or a single one of my friends noticed anything. The only "tell" would have been my pupils, but i have dark brown eyes anyway so its hard to tell.

Basically, i was tripping HARD and nobody could see the slightest difference in my speech or behavior. I talked to at least 15 different teachers or adults, and at least 20 people my age. IMO its not hard to act normal, and i can confirm that i didn't just have a weak tab since i have since tripped at least 30-40 times on one psychedelic or another. And i ALWAYS get VERY intense open eyed visuals aswell from anything i take thats even mildly psychedelic, including large doses of pot. And i can still act completely normal.

However i have seen many people act retarded while tripping, i have come to believe they were exaggerating the effects to look cool or something.
 
ya.. i shouldn't have said "will" more like "you are likely to" sound drunk, etc..

i have seen a lot more people acting like liquor night at the mental ward than being really straight..

i remember sometimes - my one smart friend would comment how she wanted to have stimulating conversation, but none of us could be serious or talk for any length of time.. we were pretty much all busy laughing and running around.. some people in my groups got so irrational they would throw food around or wander off by themselves into the woods naked..

you don't know yet which way it will go.. but, i recommend that for a lot of people it is best to stay away from 'straight' people and parents.. even if they don't figure out you are tripping it makes for an uncomfortable situation for the tripper that should just be avoided if possible..

i would kind of like to know what your friends (caseface) were doing to exaggerate? i know from first hand experience that LSD can be more intense than a lot of people can handle and will make them act REALLY strangely.. this all definitely varies from person to person..
 
Well fuck me. I had this big response typed up, then hit backspace after my cursor somehow magically clicked off of the text box.

Basically, i have had trips where i was noticable. Generally when tripping with other people. But if i know i can't let anyone know then im usually pretty discrete about it. Ive exchanged a couple words with a cop while walking by one on 4th of July one year, which by the way watching a fireworks show while tripping is AMAZING, best trip hands down.

And about people exaggerating it, i guess i meant people faking it. I've run into a bunch of dumb high schoolers in my town who claimed to be tripping but A clearly weren't and B told me who they got it from, and i know for a fact that its fake. I could go sell them all computer paper if i wanted to be a douche and they would seriously buy it, and most likely come back for more which is the sad part. The only thing ive ever done like that is sold this kid trazadone as percs, and he came back for more... 8) Only reason i even did that is because the kid was like sophomore and didn't need to be getting into oxy at his age, I did except then the percs ran out and in came heroin and full blown addiction until i gradua - oh yeah i dropped out and got my GED 2 weeks before graduation my senior year. but thats another whole story. :|

But anyway getting off topic and rambling now, i always do this when i stay up all night. Fuck insomnia. Anyway, yeah. I think thats it actually. If you need to act normal than you can, but if you just chilling with some friends and your all tripping why not laugh it up and fully enjoy the experience.

maybe, maybe not.

we cant tell you the answer to that.
what i can tell you though is that is a very mature attitude to go into it with :)

its usually more profound when done in nature, i find.
for example walking past, through or around trees makes you realise that you
aint shit on the grand scale of things.
those trees (depending on species as some grow fast and could be 10ft but only 2 years old)
were there long before you were born and theyll be there long after you die.

that sorta thing.

yea man thats my BIGGEST fear about this coming Monday...finding out the tab he gave me was fake. if that happened..words wont be able to explain my sorrow lol.

I agree with Sega420, taking acid in nature is particularly amazing. And as cliché as it sounds, it did change my life. It permanently changed the way I look things and at nature to this day. I don't mean seeing trails. You'll experience it yourself (or not, you do seem to be in a great frame of mind for your trip) so I needn't go on about it.

I was similarly affected by trees and their time frame: it was a profound realization. Scale and time. Permanence and ephemeral time.

If you're into Aphex Twin, have on hand Selected Ambient Works, vol. 2. Both discs are the perfect accompaniment to an LSD experience. And the track named "Tree" explores and expands on the concept above.

Have fun. I'm vicariously experiencing a bit of the acid come-up right now. I hope you have a good trip.

it could have acid on it, it could be bunk.
hopefully you didnt get ripped off...

tabs could have any design/print on them or they could be blank white.

blank white is usually preferred by dealers as to cops it looks like a sheet of paper instead of a sheet of acid!

I can't tell just by looking at the blotter. I've had something similar and it was weak, but I got it essentially for free so that didn't bother me terribly.

That being said, I gotta say one other thing about the picture: don't handle acid that way. I generally handle blotters with a pair of tweezers, and while that extreme caution isn't really necessary, it's a very good idea to let as little of your skin touch the blotter as possible.

goooood. For most blotter that isn't cutouts, you can't really differentiate between good and bad unless you take it. I've gotten bunk cid that had a substance that was sensitive under a black light. Figured it was legit, took some, nothing happened. Room mate took the rest of the 10 strip, thinking it might be REALLY weak. It wasn't.

so tomorrows the big day!! ill be takin it tomorrow at 7AM after i wake up so i can be a little sobered up by 4PM. i just pray that its not bunk or DOx. i been lookin around the net and i think its pretty common to get bunk. omg ill be so disappointed if this shit is bunk.
