I used to order all my codeine needs online (I'm in Korea at the moment), but with these new laws passed.....:!

How much does this suck!

So, what are you doing? I've turned to South Africa. It's not illegal in the least to ship medication into Korea. So I am definitely not doing anything bad.

It just sucks that nothing is available anymore! :X
 
i can't be of much help as i've never ordered anything from an online pharmacy? whats the difference on ordering from an Australian pharm to a South African one? i know you can't say anything about price, but what were you getting from an e-chemist here? i assume schedule 2 medications with codeine, which have now been changed to schedule 3....so you can only order a 5 day supply right? how does this work with an e-pharmacy? i thought they have some sort of online consultation, or phone consultation provided by, or linked to a gp, where you can even get prescription medication.

I'm guessing it's a hassle to get schedule 3 medications from an Australian pharmacy

you can't get any form of codeine otc in korea?
 
^ It is a hassle to get Sched. III, they call you up and talk to you about it and brow beat the fuck out of you in my experience.

I used to order several boxes of 96 tablets at a time, those were the days... walking to the post office and picking up my couple of parcels, heading home, doping up and listening to the motherfucking Beatles. :D
 
^^^ yeah i thought it might, never bothered with online chemists, but sounded like you had a good thing going while it lasted.

i miss them good old packs of codalgin, but that don't stop me getting high n putting on the Beatles :)

Haha yeh at the beginning of April one of the prominent web-based chemists had a sale on said 96 packs of chemists own pain tablets... they worked out cheaper than buying a 24 pack from a physical chemist... unfortunately they seemed to sell out in hours and well before I got to them :( R.I.P. mail-order-codeine.

Edit: in the interest of harm reduction it's probably for the best though.

there really needs to be some kind of mega thread of codeine discussion, apart from the extraction thread and regulations discussion; HR orientated of course:) so get to it someone!

i nominate blondey as he was resident codeine professional for a good while there:D

^ Haha I ended up going and scoring some heroin this week aswell, I can't pin it fully on these new regulations because I have wanted to use it again for a long time but it might not have been so tempting if codeine hadn't recently tripled in price anyway.

Imagine that - if the codeine restrictions caused a whole new wave of heroin addicts.

I have become fond of some CWE action myself lately and am concerned about withdrawals a bit when all gone.
 
^ The WD with codeine aren't too bad in my experience, depending on what dose you are on. I got some unpleasantness kicking from 1.8 grams, I've kicked at around 500mg before and it wasn't too bad. Wish I was kicking from there again. :\
