Pink Floyd - Shine on you crazy diamond

The version I have on CD is 17 minutes long, but this one is still pretty quality.

You know the rules! What are you listening to!?

Mark Gillespie - Only Human

very entertaining and well composed Australian Singer songwriter from the 1980's. Thoroughly recommend.

Other stuff:

Fela Kuti - Gentlemen
&
Brian Jonestown Massacre - Who killed Sgt. Pepper?

No offense Klue but i just don't get Pink Floyd.

Klue, how do you get that little play button?

A friend recently burned me a whole heap of albums he thought i'd like. It was the best random present i've ever got. This is a french ambient electronic artist i've since fallen in love with..

Hol Baumann - Hours

Love that track Klue. Do you know that it was only released on a limited basis. Could never understand why it was never put on the album.

Great lyrics!!!!

Gold, absolutely gold, was lucky enough to see both Pink Floyd and Roger Water play this track in the same year, both amazing concerts

Klue, your choice of Shine On has been intriguing me for some days and I finally remembered why...............did you know that the Screaming Jets did a single called Shine On? And another band with a similar name called Jet also did a single called Shine On.

Both are also Aussie bands.

^ I just liked how it sounded when I was listening to that Pink Floyd song and making this thread, that's all :)

I'm not that into Pink Floyd, but a good mate of mine (RIP) was so passionate about them, and the CD's I ripped to my computer I had burned off him years ago. I can definitely appreciate the epicness of their music, it's pretty good.

The Go! Team - Grip like a vice

Love this song, and definitely could rave on about it for a good five minutes or so :)

My mate's radio show podcast on RRR FM.
It's called Thematics and last saturday's theme was 90's Alt Rock.

I see what you did dare.

Johnny Cash - Personal Jesus

From 2002, a cover of the Depeche Mode song. Also covered by Marilyn Manson, but Cash's version is better* :)

* But maybe not as good as the original.
