Adderall XR sucks.. any ideas on how to make it as powerful as the reg Adderall?

Y'all chill out.

I'm gonna say that baking soda fucked me up. I have a damn sore throat and the sodium caused my blood pressure to go way the fuck up. But I would take it with the XR and it would potentiate the shit outta my Adderall/Dexedrine. It made me get really high on it for a long time, everytime I took it it felt like I took more Add/Dex. For my blood pressure, when I took my Dexedrine without my baking soda... it was 70, with it it was 110. But don't make it long term like I did. I don't think that baking soda is bad, just not an everyday thing.

And fuck the tablespoons seriously. I did it for months like that, and the taste is awful. Spend a few dollars and buy some capsules, the 00 size, you will not regret it.

Actually the baking soda works.. did it as a teenager.

Jay, Nexius is pretty cool if you take the time to get to know him. He is a good person going through a rough time. He is also very knowlegable on a number of subjects valuable to bluelight.

It's beautiful dude.

Use the baking soda method along with your method. Dissolve it in the same water as the adderall, this will make it a lot easier for you.

Both you and Nexius are on the right path, but you two should have met in the middle, as both of your preps at the same time would blow you both out of the water than either one alone.

Aww Nexius, chill out. :)

He is probably just dubious of the amphetamines not being detected on with the baking soda blocking it. I'm actually curious about that as well. Next time I have a drug test I'll be sure to test it out. I usually drink an abysmal amount of water when I taken amphetamines though, is that the case with you as well.

-Well for starters, you take the baking soda 30 minutes before the adderall not an hour.
-Secondly, Med schools have no 16 year old students. (Maybe in Japan.)
-Third, who the hell gets high in rehab?
-Forth, I am married, I don't need a girlfriend.
-Fifth, Everyone has at least one friend. (My wife is my best friends sister.)

This is how you are wrong.

yes its wonderful, hands down my favorite way to take addies, and next time i will add the baking soda for an added rush
i always felt w the warm water methos a 20mgxr felt like 40mg's but maybe just b/c of the intensity
 
I was in a half way house, that's how i got high.. I was prescribed the adderall

And no if you take the baking soda before your stomache becomes alkaline which the adderall won't absorb well
Yes it will absorb in the GI Tract, however it'll be a much slower absorbtion

What does 16 year olds in medical school have to do with him being right? Actually I think some gifted kids have gone to med school as young as 16. Perhaps younger.

Make sure you take enough baking soda, and take it throughout the day dont load it just before

Careful too much baking soda can cause life threatning levels of amphetamines in the blood

However you'd know before you reach this point because you'd be extremely fucked up.

And adderall is hard to OD on, due to it being 4 amphetmaine salts the levo-dexamphetamine is relatively inactive on the noradrenaline side of it

I was thinking that, but I'm more worried about the baking soda screwing me up. There have been cases in which (I believe) over a gram have been consumed and the person wasn't permanently screwed. What is the fatal plasma level?
 
It can cause some seriuos reactions, as with any drug.

The chance is minimal, however everyone is different

Just take it in moderate doses, 3 tablespoons is more than enough
