Dear everyone,
I think it's about time that I say something about this. Apparently, people seem to think we're not sending out test kits because they have to wait a long time before they get it. Just to reassure you: all tests are shipped, usually within 48 hours after payment goes through. Don't worry about this!
Now for some remarks about why it takes so long:
* many people are giving me bogus email addresses and fake names. You won't believe how many of our customers are named peter parker/ john doe / jesse james / Michael jackson.
* As for the fake email addresses: These people are unable to see their order status updates on our website (go to:
http://www.eztest.com/shop/user_login.php), because they are not getting the emails we're sending them about their order. When they get worried they start complaining on boards like BL.
* The fake names are even worse because all shipments to US/CAN and other overseas destinations are done with priority registered mail. Maybe I should stop sending them with registered mail, because I think people may have to show ID or s'thing when they have to pick it up somewhere. When you have put down a fake name this will not be possible. I am receiving unclaimed mail back from them a lot. What can I do about this....
* US and CAN customs are backed up quite a bit because they have to check much more stuff with the tighter anti terrorist rules. This is beyond my control...
* this friggin' volcano in Iceland just won't stop disrupting air traffic which causes major shipping delays...
I am not saying I do not have a share in this. It is true I seldom reply to emails, just because I am too busy. I am a one man circus trying to keep this going and for the past couple of months I have been very busy with redesigning EZ Test (more to come soon! It's going to be great!). If this bothers you: please bear with us, this will be changed soon...
