Well, I FINALLY ordered an EZ-Test (Complete.) I take it they are not based in the States (considering I'm paying them in Euros, lol), so I'm wondering how long I should expect for my kit to arrive. Anyone? Bueller?

I take it you never read any of the warnings about that company :0 - good luck is all I can say.
Quite a few people are experiencing problems with them at the moment and have been advised to wait at least 6 weeks before reporting a kit as delayed/missing.
Hopefully they were just experiencing a glitch / stock problems and they are working ok now.
Dancesafe.org is probably the quickest option for US customers - if anyone wants an alternative to EZTEST then please PM one of the pillreport mods for the details.

If you think thats bad, if you read their site they have a notice up saying you can test for piperazines using a Simons reagent! I messaged them (a few times) saying that is false but they didn’t reply or change the notice. Thinking that 'maybe' they didn’t get the messages I left a review on the site saying that they have made a misleading banner - they didn’t allow the review on the site (surprise) and didn’t reply to that either.
I really can’t understand how one of the major supplier of test kits just turns to absolute garbage within the space of a few months?
It’s a disgrace - I have contacted the owner of PR / BL advising them to remove any banners/adverts etc.
I would advise anyone to think twice about ordering from them atm (Dancesafe.org or PM a mod for an alternative supplier)

If you don't get the kit in 21 days, I would email them, and if you don't get a response I would dispute the charge if you ordered on a card. Most credit/debit cards shouldn't have a problem crediting money lost through online fraud. Most cards have lawyers that investigate, sue, and prosecute these cases for you, but credit you back in the mean time until they can recover the funds for you.

I will say this on EZ's behalf, do allow up to six weeks. Depending on where you are in this big world, Customs can get backed up, ect, especially if it is during the holidays.

Please bear in mind that generally takes up to 4-8 business days (depending on your location and postal services) to get to your address as we have sent it by priority (snail) mail. Also, many times the parcel will not fit in the mail box and the postal services leave a note that tells you to come and pick it up somewhere. Keep an eye on your mail box because sometimes they send it back when it's not collected!

I find it interesting (unnevrving, rather) how much they get into the possibility of not receiving the package. Sounds too much like they expect it to not get delivered. The details they provided regarding that seem over obvious. Have people that have not received their kits at all or waited a long time (longer than 2 weeks) received this message from them?

I hadn't heard anything negative about the company, i made an order and picked it up today. It was received in a reasonable amount of time. Came from netherlands and had been opened and inspected.

I think it's about time that I say something about this. Apparently, people seem to think we're not sending out test kits because they have to wait a long time before they get it. Just to reassure you: all tests are shipped, usually within 48 hours after payment goes through. Don't worry about this!
Now for some remarks about why it takes so long:
* many people are giving me bogus email addresses and fake names. You won't believe how many of our customers are named peter parker/ john doe / jesse james / Michael jackson.
* As for the fake email addresses: These people are unable to see their order status updates on our website (go to: http://www.eztest.com/shop/user_login.php), because they are not getting the emails we're sending them about their order. When they get worried they start complaining on boards like BL.
* The fake names are even worse because all shipments to US/CAN and other overseas destinations are done with priority registered mail. Maybe I should stop sending them with registered mail, because I think people may have to show ID or s'thing when they have to pick it up somewhere. When you have put down a fake name this will not be possible. I am receiving unclaimed mail back from them a lot. What can I do about this....
* US and CAN customs are backed up quite a bit because they have to check much more stuff with the tighter anti terrorist rules. This is beyond my control...
* this friggin' volcano in Iceland just won't stop disrupting air traffic which causes major shipping delays...
I am not saying I do not have a share in this. It is true I seldom reply to emails, just because I am too busy. I am a one man circus trying to keep this going and for the past couple of months I have been very busy with redesigning EZ Test (more to come soon! It's going to be great!). If this bothers you: please bear with us, this will be changed soon...

I can understand that if people are giving fake names/email addr's then they simply should not expect their kit (end of story really). Its just stange how all of a sudden were hearing more and more people complaining about the lack of service - replies to emails etc (pre volcano). I know that the US / Canada customs can delay things but we have been contacted by people in the UK who are also experiencing the same problems.
One thing that set alarm bells of with me was the statement on your website -
Testing for piperazines
Due to the unavailability of certain chemicals that are needed to produce ecstasy, the market is flooded with pills that have other substances in them. In Europe, piperazines are frequently sold as ecstasy. Whether these be MCPP, TMFPP or plain old BZP: this is not the real deal and it can make you feel sick!
Luckily, piperazines do not react with our EZ Test Marquis (but they will show a reaction with Simons reagent) so you can weed these nasty buggers out.
Caveat emptor: Buyer Beware!
That is really misleading - Simons will not give a postive reaction to piperazines and looks like a marketing ploy to make people buy the extreme/complete kits.

All the pipes I tested reacted to the simon's kit, as if it were MDMA. It's the other kits it doesn't react to. I'm guessing most pipes are secondary amine compounds.

yeah thats what I was getting at - simons is normally either positive or negative (any secondary amine will give a positive result). So Simons is not a safe indicator that the pill is piperazine or something else completely.
As far as pip results, I'm not sure. But if you contact EZ they do respond. I got my complete test within 10 days, yes I did contact them 6 days after request as I had no transactions on my C Card. but as soon as i contacted them, a confirmation e-mail was sent and I recieved my kit within 3 days.
