Update.

Hawaiian Snow and Lemon Skunk are at 5, the lemon skunk will probably come down at 2-3 weeks and the HS in another 6.

dude lol

i was gasping and telling the wifey too LOOK AT THAT ONE, for every one haha.

i love the hazy aura you captured in some of those pictures...!

i have every right too, but cant grow out-side with in eye-shot... my land lord gave his blessings and testament to its usefulness as a medication from past experiences. but not O/D, i always worry about pests though, our climate zone is the same as BC's, and hollands, famous for pot, but the indoor kind.

there are bugs and slugs all over the place, the problem with out climate is that the winters arent cold enough to kill off buggies, by giving the ground a good freeze. then, im surrounded by literally rain-forests, so its like a growers paradise, until nature and the panic of the chain of life set in!

we have like 6-7' slugs here, some are carnivorous, the others will try and eat anything greenish, i couldnt imagine seeing a big ol' slug and a slime trail on my cola lol. one day ill have a porch where i can have some big ass hanging baskets haha.

keep i up man, thats some beautiful stuff.

and holy shit, the pic above the "group shot", the calyx on that thing looks like it would poke your eye out! my god, woot wooooot

Haha thanks panic

Yeah it'd love to see you do some outdoor, there arnt enough outdoor growers around IMO.

Damn, suppose we dont have that kind of problem over here. You notice in some shots bit's of leafs where chewed at. I think grass hopers and cricketts might be doing this. After a rain snails can be a problem if you have sprouts growing, they just munch there heads off.

Lol yeah the Hawaiian Snow is stil stretching, she gets very long in flower and it's definatly showing in her main stalk.

Very Nice Sir

to me tho, the LS looks almost more ready then the haze but i dunno
Thanks HoL.

Yeah the LS has some ambers, im gonna let her go to 8 weeks so the high is hell narcotic.

The haze is starting to throw a few male flower's so I dont wanna keep her going because of that.

here, we have many many, plant predators!

there are some massive moths, i mean like 6-8" wing span, just the little ones will chew holes in the leafs fast... it would be a real problem, i probably would hang them with chains, and have a drip line running above along the roofs trim, and feeding downwards.

there are lots of plants that either keep bugs away because they dont like them, keep those close to the ganj, and then plants that the bugs, slugs, yeti, w/e would be attracted to. IDK... it would be fabulous though! man, sitting out at dawn, watching the fog smoke smokin.

i have always thought of OD growing as more of thing of convenience, and the easiest way to just grow big trees. OD stuff is always the cheapest, and can be disappointing, i mean the difference between the OD blueberry id buy, and the BB i grow is absurd to compare, yes the OD BB tastes very thick and complex, but um, i need potent marijuana.

you sir, have some potent fuckin marijuana! lol, yeah, my purple haze and kabul would do very well i think. i worry about the wind, and rain messing with my resin glands with out door. when it does rain here, its just a mist for an hour, then rainbows and sun, then anther misting, no real down pours, maybe a few 30 minute squalls, but no, we are right at the toe of the foot hills to the cascades (see mt. baker), so we get a lot of dry clouds.

thi thread has made me very jealous, its so silly that im a medical patient, and i cant set up on my porch with cover plants or nothing. but nobody who would see them would know i have mmj, the only neighbor that may be able to see them has a large yard with a horse and a cow haha, and i cant see their porch, and my land lord lives in another state, gave me permission for indoor, and he will show up occasionally. we are on just under 2 acres, on a 5+ acre lot with 3 other houses, all surrounded and hidden from each other by fruit trees, evergreens, rhododendrons and good lord a lot of other plants.

but nothing anyone can see, he doesnt want any phone calls from any neighbors... and that awesome. one day, hopefully under the circumstances of this plant being taken seriously as a real, valuable BC times medicine, and not as an alternative to alcohol, and cigarettes, wtf.

ive got the rest of my life though ~lol~ im still learning...

Im glad we dont have that same moth situation, that sounds shitty :p

I know some strains do better Indoor then outdoor, should definatly grow a Haze variety of some sort, or even try hawaiian Snow, she's a potent mofo =D
The Haze and Lemon Skunk I have now are both more mentally damaging and psycally damaging then the commercial hydro going around here and thats just all extremely sedating Indica.

Do you know if mold is a problem over there?

How long you been growing man?

a bit over a year. ;)

i would imagine it could be for sure, theres endless moss, and many fungus among us. this area is an agricultural mecca, we are surrounded by nurseries, berry farms, organic vegetable farms... every one has something growing spectacularly in their yard. people come from all over the world for the Tulip Festival. sooo it cant be that big of a problem heheh. google mount baker, san juan islands, skagit county, whatcom county, those are the stomping grounds.

pot is washington states 8th most popular export...

Northern Lights was developed here to suit our climate, although its encouraged to be grown indoors, that is the most suitable plant for the area, also Hash Plant was perfected here OD, Hollands Hope, or Dutch Treat/Dutch Orange Royal.

we have looong days in he summer, i cant stand it. the sun is full on at 5-5:30am now, soon 4:30am, and it wont be twilight until 10-11pm. so a 8-10 week Haze could do well, but longer then that and i believe mold would become an issue. i just starting fighting some white/grey powder mold off with some 7.8 ph-neem oil foliar spray. it really had me freaked, as it started showing on my Maui bigbud, and i want to give that 2-3 more weeks!

I harvested the Haze yesterday she was at 9 weeks, 74 days.

Lemon Skunk will be ready in 2 weeks so weve stopped feeding her along with the Hawaiian Snow.

HS has about 5 weeks to go, she's putting on some serious buddage on that main cola :)

Lookin good man

may i ask why you trimmed out at your spot?

dont forget to hook up some bud shots of the dried product =D

but seriously man, your grow log has been a main insperation/ spark for me to guerilla grow myself this year.

got a few seedlings starting to veg, cept my seeds arent quality genetics, just random seeds outta mediocre sacks

IMO best way to start. That way when you inevitably fuck up a batch, you won't feel so bad.

I remember my first grow attempt was White Rhino. Didn't go so well outdoors.

Another way of looking at that is:

if you start with C grade genetics the best you can possibly produce is C grade weed, and that is if you grow it to perfection. Whereas if you start with A grade genetics and totally stuff it up you might end up with a C grade product.

Food for thought.

Thanks for the good vibes :)

Chainer- Not sure on the yeild just yet, hopefully be dry in the next 24 hours.

HoL- Couldnt find a place safe enough to dry indoors so they had to be set up to dry outdoors under a greenhouse/hut.
