Spacing and varying opiates to prevent tolerance

Is it possible to space opiate use for a long enough periods to prevent any real tolerance from growing? Does varying / rotating the type of opiate / opiod help keep resistance down?

I tend to wait at least a couple weeks between the use of any opiate, but recently I have been doing a little bit more and unfortunately I think i'm noticing a minute tolerance. I like the occasional feeling of tramadol or krantom , for example. and I wouldn't want to lose that due to tolerance.

Any tips on keeping the casual opiate dipper from paying more for his doses would make me happy. Have a good day all.

If you're still buzzin on tramadol i would say you're in the clear just dont "step up" to "harder" opiates and you should be good. Fyi tramadol is only loosely affiliated with opiates

I use a maximum of 1 time every month (sometimes every two months) and even with such sparse usage, my tolerance now is 70mg hydrocodone instant release+30mg hydrocodone extended release at once.

dude if you like kratom and tramadol just dont ever try anything stronger. you should consider yourself a super lucky man if you call those opiates. keep a week or two in between uses, if you get tired of them take an even longer break.

3 yrs ago i could catch a buzz off of like 1 vicodin and now i can pop an OC40 and be bored. so please dont step up it will ruin your love of opiates

Yeah, if you enjoy tramadol and kratom, stay there. Don't really worry about tolerance - I mean obviously don't start doing them every day, but every week should be fine. You might wanna try codeine too - that's another low-level opiate that you might enjoy. It's available OTC in the form of Tylenol 1's, depending on where you live.

I'm sure some people could, but me personally, no way! I'm just too greedy when it comes to the shit. Enjoy your tramadol bro! While it lasts!:)

I have actually tried most opiates , but have always waited ridiculously long periods of time after using strong ones in hopes my theory about preventing tolerance would hold true. I will eat 40 - 6o mg oxy, usually some some benzos or opiate potianters ever month or so. I will shoot H on extremely rare special occasions, I have about five times and they were all years apart. I currently have a a bunch of dililadidid 2s, so I am thinking plugging will be my next vacations. Maybe I am blessed with a fast metabolism that helps prevent tolerance? I still like the unique weaker feelings of things like smoked opium, tram, codeine, morphine, I'd hate to lose that.

So really any suggestions on schedules that avoid tolerance, or any other banter is welcome. Perhaps Im a little fucked to be posting atm anyway

I went from 20mg Oxy to 50mg in a month of using ~3 times a week. Then it took me another month to go from 50mg to 60mg. Then I stopped for 6 weeeks and 30mg was good to start, but I had to reup with 10s every hour and a half or so. It was weird. After 6 weeks of not using I would have puked if I'd taken 50mg at once. But when I was regularly taking 50mg, the high would last hours. After stopping it's like my tolerance decreased but the oxy didn't last as long anymore.

Anyhow, I was taking it for a bad back. Those numbers are what it took to get the same level of pain relief. Once my back stopped hurting I stopped taking the oxy, never had any kind of withdrawal. Before the oxy I was on demerol and I was up to 500mg a day of that after only 4 months. But again, when I stopped I had no withdrawal. I know you didn't really ask, but it would seem tolerance isn't a good indicator of physical addiction, because I build up tolerances pretty quick, but then don't get so much as a sniffle when I stop cold turkey.

Let's see, a regular on Bluelight and you only do opiates once every month or two.

Exactly how long do you think that's going to last?

Man that sucks lol I took Oxy regularly for six months (as in, pretty much every day) and I was on 10 mg's literally the entire time until i got up to 20mgs in the last 2 months.
I must be lucky :)
