Phalaris Grass - DMT

I was wondering if anybody on bluelight has heard of/has had successful DMT extraction from Phalaris grass.

I ask because, well, it grows EVERYWHERE in Malta, phalaris here, phalaris there, phalaris everywhere. I know for a fact that if it is worth dealing with, I'd be having some DMT relatively soon.

Is gramine really toxic at typical DMT dosage levels, or is that just stuff the spooks talk about in order to scare kids away from Phalaris? This indicates the latter:

I see no reason the liver wouldn't readily detoxify gramine by using that super-awesome enzyme we all love, monoamine oxidase A.
