RC in canada Specifically 2c-e, 5-meo-dmt

I just had a couple questions in terms of how the legal aspect of stuff like 2c-e or 5-meo-dmt works in Canada. I know its illegal to sell or use in the USA because of the analog act but how do these types of substances work in Canada. I know we don't have an analog act but does Canada have something similar to that?

I'd love to purchase and try 2c-e or even dmt hopefully asking these types of questions isn't against the rules on this forum.

So, my main question is; is it legal to purchase 2c-e or 5-meo-dmt in Canada? Like if I were to buy say 250mg of it would it be a big deal? Would I get tossed in jail? How does this work exactly.

I'm sorry if this is a repost of another forum or anything along those lines i did browse through some of the pages to see if there was anything that was related to this topic but i couldn't find anything. Please help me out.
 
^ Quite strange.
I know 2 canadian suppliers selling both 2C-E and 5-MeO-DMT(among other chemicals).
 
you guys are 100% sure? so i could buy 1g of 2c-e and I wouldn't get my house raided or anything like that? Maybe im just ridiculously paranoid lolol
 
Thanks alot for the replys guys this helps alot. I just want to be on the safe side before getting in trouble by anyone for having these RC's in my possession

We have NO analogue act. MDMA/MDA/MDE are illegal, as are 2C-B, and the DOx's but other than that all the shulgin compounds are legal.
 
2C-B is specifically banned in way more places than the other 2C-X's.

2C-E is legal in canada, but as always, propably not if intended for human consumption.

What law makes it illegal to sell 2c-e and the like in Canada (assuming not for human consumption)?
