Wow, I didn't think people would respond to my picture.

I've only been spinning a year or so, but I LOVE it. So relaxing, and mind-boggling. I've got more pictures somewhere around that I'll continue to post.

the thought of an ice-bath has crossed my mind a few times lately, and omfg that would amazingly uncomfortable! !

I watched this special on TV about the man who can control his body temperature to extremes, and was able to be placed in an ice bath, as well as having ice thrown atop of him so that his body would be completely submerged.
Not only could he handle it mentally, but his mentality actually KEPT his body temperature at a decent rate for survival... I am guessing he was able to actually LOWER his own body temperature in adaptation to the freezing water he was experiencing to survive.

haha sorry, icebath just reminded me of that little tidbit.

I have a hard time believing somebody as pretty as you could find me attractive, not because i think there's anything wrong with me but because its so rare and unusual for anyone to compliment me.

I love your new pics Mariposa. You look so happy and pretty in them! I had a roommate with a Saint Bernard before. It was a super sweet dog, but sooo big. I felt bad for her cause our house really wasn't big enough for her.

Sporky and Ocean - the Bernie isn't mine, THANK HEAVEN. She is bigger than I am and I was sore for days after our friendly little wrestling match. She probably weighs close to 160 lbs. My family all own large dogs; I do not freaking get it, at all. Luckily Lola (pictured dog) and Guinevere (her slightly smaller sister) walk off lead and respond to voice command. I could not handle these oxen on leashes. As I am a cat person, it's been a crash course in canine behavior - first rule of which is bribe the girls with treats.

Bernies need huge houses and yards for sure. Luckily, these two have one, and although the neighborhood kids are scared s-less of them, they are very sweet and gentle doggies who are all bark and no bite.

and more psy/goa trance and dancing.

think, miniature burning-man with goa/psy-tracne almost strictly.

at a rave, you most likely never hear goa or psy trance, or get the same atmosphere, hippiesh,creative,colorful a vanguard. a 'psy-paty goa-party, doof is not a rave. yes, theres djs playing electronic music loudly and people dancing, but, its not a rave.

and if it does happen in a club, the place is tranceformed, usually four corners, with a center fixture... much fantasticness

This is my oldest son Brenden, I named him asfter the cartoon Home Movies, there is also a fat kind on that show named Jason so I went with it, he will be five this year

this is my second son Carson, my wife just liked the name so did I so we went for it
he just turned two in March
