so today before i leave to get my friends im gonna take 100mg of tramadol and 15mg of valium and im gonna be driving some of the night and im probly gonna end up smoking 2 blunts, but im very used to driving after smoking, and taking pills and im usually the guy all my friends trust behind the wheel but never this combo so do you think itl be ok

No, I don't think it's safe if you're gonna be driving. Frankly I don't give a shit about you but don't put other people and their families in danger it's fucking selfish.

if you dont give a shit about me why should you care about other people?

lets keep this on topic.

i dont think you should drive after taking that combo, it would be highly irresponsible

Well you're the one fucked up on pills and smoking weed driving around putting other people in danger, hence why I called YOU selfish, hence why I don't give a fuck about YOU. Seriously think twice before you drive fucked up. Other people should not be put in danger because you are under the influence, especially children. If someone fucked up on weed and pills hit my car and hurt my kid they'd be dead before the cops and ambulance made it there. It's just not right. You have a choice to make. Hopefully you make the right one.

Wow, seriously? You're going to drive while fucked up pills and could hurt or kill someone innocent and you're wondering why someone wouldn't give a shit about you but care about others? God, and seriously, with any common sense you wouldn't have to ask this question as it's irresponsible driving while high on almost any pills.

im used to tramadol and been smoking for a looong time so i wont be "fucked up", id even feel more safe taking these and drive rather than my friend driving sober...but i asked for your guys opinion and i got it so im not complaining

really bad idea dude! you dont wanna nod out while your driving! wait till your home driving under influence is not a good thing, and you put other ppls lives in danger to!

If you drive while fucked up on that combination you're a horribly selfish and retardedly stupid person. As other have said, don't do it.
Could you live with yourself if you killed all your friends in the car and you lived? I highly doubt you could.

No matter how used to them you are, taking those drugs will increase your reaction time, reduce your visibility & peripheral vision & overall negatively affect your ability to drive. You may feel like you're in control but you're not. I'm all in favor of letting people be as stupid as they want with their own lives but you're playing dice with the lives of people you've never met, people who have no idea they're sharing the road with someone who doesn't care about his own life let alone theirs. Just don't do it.

If the threat to other people doesn't motivate you (though it should), think about the chances of you getting a DUI because the cop pulls you over randomly and smells the weed in the car. Now I'll list the costs associated with that DUI.

Just because you've been lucky before doesn't mean you'll be lucky again. In fact, it's all probability. This could be the time you get the DUI. That shit is expensive. I consider the danger to other people the most critical factor.

But a simple non-injury DUI will cost you thousands of dollars. And months of drunk-driving classes and days of Work Program or jail. Missed work. $$. Add hospital bills if you have an accident and, hopefully, only injure yourself. $$$.

I don't know what state you live in, but it can take up to 8 years to be allowed to expunge a DUI from your driving record. Getting the violation expunged costs $ too. My state requires that you hire a lawyer to get the violation expunged. $$$.

Your insurance will be astronomical for the next 5 years at least. If you're under 25, count on your insurance being doubled or tripled. $$$.

Once you get that DUI, you will kick yourself in the head for being so stupid. I speak from experience. I know that I felt totally sober when I got popped for my DUI. I made a left turn and my reflexes were fucked. I side-swiped/rear-ended someone's car and fucked up my own. Which was a vintage Alfa convertible. Add repair bills. $$$.

Every time I consider driving when I feel sober and know I'd be able to drive safely, I think about how fucking lucky I was that I didn't hurt anyone but myself. That shit makes me physically sick to think about.

It makes me even sicker to associate monetary costs with the death or injury of someone else, but I will. You're talking jail time. GUARANTEED. Fines in the tens of thousands. Your victims' hospital bills if they live. Civil suits. $$$$. A felony on your record.

I'm an excellent driver too. That was the only accident I've caused in 24 years of driving. I've got 2 speeding tickets in that time and one cell phone ticket. 24 years/2 moving violations aside from the DUI.

Yeah, this post is long. Because I had to list *most* of the ramifications of a DUI. If you already have a DUI, just fucking sit down and hide your keys. Actually, even if you have a perfectly clean driving record, just make another plan for tonight and stay safe.

You shouldn't need other people to answer this question for you. If you get behind the wheel and realize you can't drive well, don't do it.

Yeah, I have to agree - Driving on drug combos is as selfish and irresponsible as taking a rifle out for target practice, shooting at clay pidgeons thrown in front of a crowd of innocent pedestrians.

I've only driven on opiates, and this was when I was doing them daily and at a low enough dose to be 100% in control. Pot fucks with motor skills, and combining the two is a horrible idea.

Really, though, alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs to be driving on. I wouldn't be that much against driving on coke or speed, 100000% safer than alcohol.
